For the second level menu, no there is no option to do this. Actually it’s dynamic menu and will show only first level Team Groups only.

Yes both points can be done easily. For the “Call Now, Email & Location” text area is called Topbar and it can be added in any header style. We removed for demo purpose only. We can add it easily. We are providing option to show/hide it in “Theme Options” section.

For the Appointment button, yes that can be done too. We will provide you custom CSS code for this as it’s not available directly from Theme Options.

Actually our theme is based on Visual Composer plugin. We are using Visual Composer’s elements heavily. The problem is Visual Composer plugin is not RTL supported. So we added our own RTL support in different elements..

Glad to hear you like our theme. The report is not so good because the criteria are different. For example, the PageSpeed suggest to merge or load limited CSS and JS files but as a WordPress theme, we cannot do this. You need to find a good plugin that can do this. Also another point is to load lower sized images but we are using high size images for better clarity.

There are different ways to get higher ranks. You can use some external plugins that can solve some points.

Both the “Apicona Standard” and “Apicona Advanced” view has different design and concept. Also technically there are totally different code too. So there is no option to copy from one to another. So there is no option to do this. Although you can do this by creating child theme override view and do all the changes.

Yes we added 100px at top and bottom padding. This is because if you add different background color in each row than there should be extra space to separate it. This will not look good if you add same color in ROWs and looks like extra space. But you can solve this easily. You can set global CSS so it will reduce to 50px (half of current padding) on all pages. Or you can set in some selected ROW only.

Yes the theme is one page ready. You can create one page website too. We added functionality but missed to create demo site. We will surely create a demo for one page.

Also for the guaranteed update, we are not sure what you are asking. We are providing regular bug update and also feature update. Also we release update with new version of bundled plugins like Visual Composer and Revolution Slider. We need to check compatibility for both plugins so sometimes it take some time to release but it will be released for sure.
