Pre-sales: can I use this theme with vertical photos? I’m working with books and I absolutely need the ability to have posts and/ or a portfolio with vertical images (book covers).

Yes, you can use this theme with vertical images. However, the theme will crop the images in different post styles. (some vertical and some square)

Yes, the theme is compatible with MailChimp newsletter plugin. This isn’t visible in the demo pages currently, however we are going to update our demo pages soon as well.

Is there a way to leave the header ad size blank in the flex ad plugin? Currently, our 728×90 banner will expand (push down) depending on the ad campaign but in Flex Ad the allocated space doesn’t resize

Theme won’t display retina logo – only the default logo. Known issue?

I’m using both a retina logo (lab650-blue-retina-1.png) and a regular size logo (lab650-blue-sm-2.png), but the image that’s displaying on my Retina Macbook is the small logo.
http://lab650.com/On a retina display, right-click on the image and open it in a new tab. You’ll see it’s not the retina image. Page appears to be loading both images, but only displaying the regular logo, not the retina logo.

We’ve only included “Modern” demo into the theme package in order for you to give an idea of how page builder works with SanFrancisco.
In the further updates, we are going to add more xml files as seen in our demo pages.

Sure, you can easily compose adventurer layout like in the demo with using page builder. Alternatively, you can adjust modern to meet up with the adventurer layout.

Hi there, I bought San Francisco theme a few months ago and still trying to improve my website everydays. I looked everywhere in the options of wordpress and there is still a problem i can’t fix… When clicking on a link it always opens in the same windows and i would like it to be open in a new window. Of course when i’m writing a new article i always set images or links for them to be open in a “target blank” but no way. This issue is not good for my website because my visitors make rebounds and i want to fix this. Could you please help me to fix this?

Is this theme compatible with wordpress 4.7.x? I also am wondering why the demo seems to be pretty boring in stead of all the possible customizations.. It’s holding me back from buying because I’m not sure if everything’s working..

There doesn’t seem to be an option to display the date on posts? (Much needed for a news site) Also when opening a ticket in support, you don’t give a ticket number so unable to sign in and check ticket status?

Also, navigation doesn’t work properly on mobile phones, you can’t access sub-menus of ‘Pages’ or ‘Post Styles’, for example. Moreover, where can I find working ‘Page’ example? Or ‘Author Posts’ collection (it is returning 404 on your demos). I am seriously thinking about refund, the more I look into your theme the more I see that it’s absolutely unprepared for real life use. Please, reply asap.

We are going to fix search result page design and mobile navigation menu in the upcoming update.

I’m look at purchasing your theme, but have a couple questions. I would like users to submit their own posts to contribute to the site, will you release anything for that or would you recommend like a plugin that would work with the theme. The second question is I would like to have a user Icon that you have in the demo so the users are able to click on it and have a login box popup.
