Hi, I’m considering buying your theme, but I’m a bit affraid because I see there never has been any updates since the first version from one year ago. Are you planning any updated for your theme? Is it compatible with the newest version of wordpress?

The last theme update was on the December, 23th. We are rolling our some updates now, and Logistic Business theme is among the ones to receive updates. Please stay tuned, an update will be uploaded within a day or two and will be available for download as soon as it passes approval from Themeforest reviewers. You can still use the theme in the meanwhile though, as no critical issues were observed so far. Also if you have a purchase confirmation, you can always receive any update right away by contacting our support at http://cmsmasters.net/support

Hi. Currently I try to use polylang. Header Custom HTML (in Theme settings > General > Header) can’t be translated. Will it be possible when I will use wpml? I would like to be sure before I will buy wpml.

1. WPML plugin is compatible with the theme, just please note, that it should be purchased separately.
2. We can’t guarantee WooCommerce plugin compatibility with the theme, appreciate your understanding.
3. A child theme can be created by following instructions from this WordPress Codex article, some customers use a third party plugins for this purpose. And besides we can help with this, just please submit us a personal request here and we’ll provide you with a child theme example.
4. As stated in the product description, images aren’t included in the theme package, they are substituted with placeholders. According to the license terms, we can’t distribute them.
5. Please check how our demo site is loading: http://logistic-business.cmsmasters.net/. Please note that the average loading time depends on the images (in our demo they are not optimized for the more attractive appearance). Also it depends on the server, its cache and other settings. In order to speed up loading time we can recommend you to minify(compress) files manually or use third-party cache plugins for this purpose. Just please note that in fact we do not guarantee the third-party plugin compatibility with the theme. There are tons of different plugins available and we cannot ensure compatibility with the theme for all of them. Appreciate your understanding.

Hi! Very nice theme, very adaptable to my needs. Just a question: I am using WPML for the language versions and the Header Button won´t change the language between versions. Is there any way of doing this? I need it to change and have different links in each version (just 2 versions). Thank you very much in advance!

Please note that the icons in the Featured block shortcode are added with the help of the Content Composer shortcodes tool. To add another icon just click on it, choose Icon shortcode and choose the icon you need from the list.

Hi, referring to the icons on the home page , like “sea freight”, “airfreight” and etc.Those icons in the box..can i purchase an icon set from shutterstock and replace them? How can you guys say, that this is a seo optimized theme, when not even one of the most common seo tweaks (only one H1 heading per page) has not been considered?

Hi. On Your themeforest theme page (Banner) you claim that Logistic Business is “Latest Wordpress compactible”. I recently bought the theme and have problems with Gallery composer and image showing/resizing). I am awaiting when Logistic business theme will be updated to work with Wordpress 4.7? Now I also saw an information that Compactible Software Version for Logistic Business is only 4.5.2.?

Logistic Business theme is compatible with the latest WordPress 4.7 version, please update your theme to 1.0.6 version in a case you’re running the older version. To update the theme just download the newest archive from the Themeforest, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders). You can rename the theme you used previously (for example, adding “-old” after the theme name) – in this way the old theme will be backuped on your server.
If you still experience any problems, please submit us a personal request here with relevant WordPress and FTP credentials and our support agents will be happy to help you with the theme update.

At the moment we can’t guarantee WooCommerce plugin full compatibility with the theme. In case you’d like to use Woocommerce plugin for the shop, please note, that its styling will differ from the overall theme design, but in general it should work properly with Logistic Business theme.
