Currently, the theme integrates a booking request system. Since it’s a very popular demand, we are working on including a booking system in a future update. If you need, you can use a third party plugin like Pinpoint or WP Booking System. Note that, we don’t yet officially support any booking plugin on Hotel Xenia. We have reports from customers to have installed and using Pinpoint on their website without any particular issue.

I need your advice on a small bug. When adding a custom element of yours through visual composer (e.g pl button), I want to use a plethora hotel icon. Although all fontawseome icons are previewed correctly, when I choose the hotel icon library, I can only see blank boxes. (both libraries are “on” from theme options).

Hello, please, go to Theme Options > Advanced > Icon Libraries and Save changes. Check your website and if the issue is not resolved, create a support ticket providing us sufficient information (theme version, browser, device, a valid URL address if possible) and we’ll investigate the soonest possible. Hello, and thank you for purchasing Hotel Xenia WP. By installing the demo, you have a copy of our online demo on your site. All features are there (images are blurred due to license restrictions). To install, go to Dashboard > Tools > Hotel Xenia Demo Importer and follow the procedure.

Yes, you can add as many languages as you wish.
Xenia WP is fully compatible with WPML, but you can also work with free plugins, such us loco translate.

Hello, Booking Request is not intended to and does not replace a complete booking system. If you need a complete booking management system we recommend installing Pinpoint Booking System plugin. Hello! You can adjust the height of Media Panel on Theme Options > Media Panel > Basic Configuration > Media Panel > Image Background Height. This will apply when you have selected “Featured Image” or “Other Image” as background type. For sliders, the adjustment can only be done with custom CSS rules. We do have a workaround available, if you need, please create a ticket and we’ll send you an example.

Hello! This looks like a great theme, so I went on and purchased it. But I’m facing an issue. When I activate the Plethora Features Library plugin (after checking one by one which one does it), the theme ‘hangs’, if this is the right word to use, giving an error and shoing nothing on the preview. Honestly, because I am not an expert and I assume this could be a matter of my hosting, but can you please determine and if it a theme/plugin issue help me fix it? Thanks

Great theme and work!
Some issues with this theme:
1) On the iPhone the menu bar doesn’t resize to the dimensions of the iPhone. So I have to scroll all the way to the right to click it. On the desktop and iPad it seems fine.
2) Anyway to change the “services” or “room” slug under these two section to another word. I like it to be another slug name for these two sections.

Regarding your second question:
In order to provide a custom URL, you must follow the steps below:
1) Theme Options > Content > Single Room Post (or Single Service Post) > Advanced > and change the ‘Post Type URL Rewrite for service*’ option field accordingly
2) Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes
