Hello, I am managing a website for a client of mine with your theme. I am having issues with his header. The static header is working fine, however the sticky header has some styling issues that i am unable to solve. Please refer to www.yougottalove.com I have not purchased the theme under my account. Hi! I’ve purchased the theme and when i’m trying to install the theme with all the plugins error 500 appears. Try it over three different times with different ways and it always come with the same problem.

The last try i didn’t install the revolution slider and i installed all the other plugins and the theme. But when i’ve tried to install the main demo a data base trouble appear. Something about passwords and username, which didn’t change in the meanwhile.

I want to know if it is some bug of the theme (already downgrade to an older wp version) and if’ there’s a way to solve it .

In the contact form why is recaptcha located after the ‘Send’ button? It doesn’t make much sense and it returns an error (obviously) when a user misses it (since it’s after the button)...

Something weird happened on my homepage yesterday.

After discovering that the Theme does not support multiple menus (at least only for Header Type 4 and 11 I think).

After I changed the template type from “For page builder” to “For onepage scroll” which i reloaded to its original setting.

I noticed that my Blog Slider Thumbnails were inflated to full page. I have not changed this at any stage and went to theme options blog settings to resize the thumbnail size as well as on the blog style settings even in the page itself. (Please refer to the attached screenshot)

This erratic behavior affected a few of my elements on the page:

Do you know if this has happened with other Installations of the theme?

I am interested to buy this theme for the “side by side” demo. Although, wanted to ask something before I buy it:

Scrolling with the finger on a Tablet (not clicking on the circles navigation) will not scroll the page. This would be a problem for my clients. Will it be possible to fix this?

I have bought the ronneby theme and uploaded the building agency (twenty_third) layout. But only in Safari it works with the 3 images that covers the slider half in the top of the page, »home« – as in your demo. In Firefox and Google Chrome the 3 images are showen below the slider…

What to do..?

Hey Guys, I purchased this theme for a client awhile back but they are now complaining that the builder doesn’t always load on every page. I have tried it myself and sometimes it does sometimes it doesn’t. There is just no builder it looks like a standard wordpress text area. I know the support has expired, im happy to renew if you are able to fix this issue. Obviously this is critical as my client needs to work on their website and some of which are urgent price changes and now they are unable to so.

trouble you to help me figure out the following:

1) I am using header 2: how do I change the colour of the font in the header, and how do I change the colour of the header itself? (it changes to black when I start scrolling down the page. I would prefer it to be white.)

2) for every page I use a main image as a splash page. I am using a 27 inch monitor so there seems to be more “real estate” for the images to be spread across the page. when I view my website on a smaller screen (e.g. a macbook), the images are cropped. How do I compress these images?

a new customer is running a website with your Ronneby Theme. Site uses WP 4.7.2 We got the problem to edit the content via Visual Composer (Version 4.7.4). I found your fix description @ http://support.dfd.name/2016/05/19/visual-composer-not-working/ and tried to fix the problem – but with no success. Any tips or help with this Problem? The Situation is perfect shown also in this video.

I´m very impressed by your Theme Ronneby, but i have 2 questions, before I buy this:

Did the Visual Composer PlugIn a integrated part of your ThemePackage?

In your changelog (themeforest) i can´t find any entries after 07/09/16, in example to visual composer vers. 5 or any other development?

When I disable the top menu and leave only the top right square-like collapsible menu (SmartMenu?), everything works fine; I can see all the page links within it and access them; no problem. However, when I try to do this on a mobile device the links do not show. What’s going on with this theme? You guys have the login info in a past email I sent.

Ronneby, panel eleventh, Visual composer : editing the home is very difficult, the scripts works too slow and stop the page loading. Is there a solution? At the moment i have to use a older version of Ronneby…
