Hi Support,

We’ve recently noticed that several pages on the website have started displaying incorrectly. I’ve checked the row and column padding/settings within WPBakery, but nothing appears to be out of place. The last time I worked on the site, everything was displaying correctly, so this issue seems to have started unexpectedly.

Currently, the Home, Gallery, and Blog pages display correctly, while the About, Projects, and Contact pages appear broken or misaligned.

Would you mind taking a look and letting us know if you’re able to identify the cause?

We are aware that the theme does have certain design limitations, but since the pages were rendering properly until recently, I’m unsure whether this is theme-related or being caused by something else. Any assistance or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I also wanted to raise a few additional queries:

1. Full-width layout (site-wide) WPBakery Support advised that this may be theme-related. I’ve tried multiple approaches, including adjusting the row/column “Content Width” settings and adding custom CSS via the Customizer, but I haven’t been able to get the site to display full width consistently. The only time this worked was when switching the page template to “Slider Revolution,” however this removed the header and footer entirely.

2. Mobile responsiveness WPBakery Support also advised that these issues may be theme-related.

  • Footer alignment: Some footer elements won’t center-align on mobile, even when “Center” is selected within the element settings.
  • Home page (Objective & Vision sections): These rows display incorrectly on mobile. Adjusting them for mobile tends to negatively affect the desktop layout.

3. Header editing/customization On mobile, the header (specifically the email address and phone number display) appears incorrectly aligned/formatted. I wasn’t able to locate where the header itself is edited- only where to switch between available header options. Could you please point me in the right direction for editing or customizing the header?

I purchased Ronneby in 2024 but only started to use it now. I extended support, downloaded the installation zip and uploaded to my Wordpress website on Hostgator. I encountered the following problems: Activate said my purchase code was invalid- c1638d99-9473-44d1-ba90-73d76d63bae6 Wordpress said my uploaded zip file contained no files.Tried a couple of times with the same result. Attempted to install the required plug ins but failed as Wordpress said there was an error. Appreciate if you resolve these problems.

I purchased Ronneby in 2024 but did not use it until now. I’ve uploaded Ronneby but registration tells me my purchase code is invalid which it is not. Also Wordpress says the install files do not exist plus reports unable to load Core and Plug Ins due to error. I can’t use the ticket system as it rejects my purchase code so I can’t sign in. I renewed the support today and will greatly appreciate a refund.

I have tried opening tickets on the support website for a fully licensed and activated theme. Updating the ronneby core plugin is broken and leaves the website unusable. Even downloading a complete install package does not fix this. New buyers should be aware this theme is currently broken. Also as of right now (5/12) the DFD site is using an expired SSL Certificate, so some people will not even open a ticket for this issue.

No response from tickets in several days. Disappointing.

Hey, we’re having a problem with the updates on our website.

However, our theme license is activated. We also can’t deactivate the license. When I click “deactivate,” the page refreshes, but the license remains active.

Can you help us? The website isn’t working at the moment. A quick fix would be great! We also can’t login with the purchase code, so we can’t write a ticket.

Hi DFD Support Team, I am having trouble installing the Ronneby Core plugin on my site. Despite having a verified license, the plugin fails to install and I receive an error stating that the package could not be unzipped or that it contains no files.I have already tried the following without success:

Manual Update: I updated the theme via FTP since the automatic update through WordPress was not working. Plugin Reinstall: I deleted the plugin following some online suggestions to perform a clean install, but now I cannot get it back. License Reset: I tried to deactivate the theme to re-enter the purchase code, but the “Deactivate” button is unresponsive (I click it and nothing happens). Setup Wizard: The automatic installation of required plugins keeps failing.

Since I cannot find the ronneby-core.zip file in the main ThemeForest download package, could you please provide me with a direct download link for the latest ronneby-core.zip file? Or, if there is another way to force the installation/activation, please let me know.I look forward to your help to get my site back up and running. Regards, Pedro

I am contacting you regarding a critical issue with the Ronneby theme. I have purchased 6 licenses for your theme over the past few years.

Currently, I am unable to update the theme because your API server (rnbtheme.com) appears to be down. I tried to resolve this by manually uploading the full theme package downloaded from ThemeForest, but nothing works. The installation of the required “Ronneby Core” plugin fails, and I cannot activate it, leaving my websites completely down.

Could you please provide a direct download link to get the latest version of the Ronneby Core plugin (.zip file) so I can fix my sites?

Hello, I have problem updating the theme. being using it for many years and have bought your support license many times.. I have submitted you tickets without any answer… I have also bought the support and then submitted a ticket.. still no answer… also, I dont get any email with the ticket confirmation from your side, with a ticket number etc.. or I don’t see any ticket place on my profile where I could manage the ongoing tickets… so what is happening ? why no answer ?

I just bought the Ronneby – High-Performance WordPress Theme through envato market / themeforest. By uploading the file dfd-ronneby.zip I was able to perform the update successfully and it also retains the stored design settings; however, if I install that Child, they are lost; even if I use the theme import function, which should ensure that the settings are taken over again.

However, I have problems updating the Ronneby Theme Core from version 1.5.60 to 1.5.68, I always get the message that the download folder is empty.

I can’t find the file in the download folder, so I could upload it manually.

How do I proceed?

I updated Ronneby to the latest version but I get ‘The package could not be installed. The package contains no files’ when trying to install Ronneby Core and Visual Composer also. There is also this alert up in the wordpress backend:

WPBakery License Error: WPBakery Page Builder license not activated. You can manage your licenses at support.wpbakery.com or purchase a new license at wpbakery.com.

Can you please fix this problem? Maybe is linked to my purchase code in your API server? In this case can you please reset my domain/purchase code on your API server?”

I have a big problem with the update, I was on version 3.5.64 but noticed that the translation stopped working (I did have to change the translations from time to time, as they were being overwritten, but now the translation was not recognized by Ronneby so I decided the update)

As the automatic update did not work I followed your instructions from https://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/ronneby-theme-update

This crashed the site completely, it was horrible – code instead of pictures showing etc. – I did manage to backup the whole site through my hosting provider (with additional costs, but at least the site looks OK again)

It is in maintenance mode now, I will provide you the admin details of course if you contact me (I don´t want to post them here of course) or show you the screenshots what happened (here I can´t post a jpeg).

I still would like to update it, but without complete destruction ;-)

Very good. We received the request via email, and the reply was sent via email.

So many people have posted about not being able to install the core, you reply it is fixed, yet I’m still having the same issue as them.

I sent an email. No response.

Can’t open a ticket. Your system won’t acknowledge the purchase code.

My site sits broken from the incomplete theme update and you provide no support.

Please fix the core download issue. This is clearly an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.
