Therefore, ideally when visitor is browsing galeries this should be advise that print of viewed image is available for sale by clicking on…., that will take visitor to Woo commerce based shopping page. I want to know if you will fix this 3 bugs (can be reviewed in the demo live site of Vega Theme):
i) Extreme slow scrolling images with the mouse wheel in Horizontal Gallery. The bug happens with Google Chrome and not with Internet Explorer.
ii) When you zoom in on an image (lightbox) there are navigation arrows hidden to the left and to the right (white color over white background). It would be better to make those arrows visible or to remove them, because as they are, it is strange that the mouse suddenly encounters a button that is not visible.
iii) Blue border square appears occasionally after zoom in:

1. Could you please provide URL of page which has issue please.
2. The issue about zooming you mentioned is not a issue. As when you zoom in on browser. There is no responsive layout applied because it doesn’t change browser size, it’s just change zoom level so it doesn’t consider resizing content. The same applied for all themes or websites in this world.
3. It’s default focus state for element in browser. We will look for the solution and release the update soon.

I don’t see issue about mouse slowdown you mentioned and it’s not possible for theme to slowdown mouse cursor. It’s OS and browser function. It’s not theme function.
For changing color of lightbox element, it doesn’t seem to be theme issue but custom modification from your requirement.

1) I did not say that the problem was with the mouse cursor… Again, please read the original question before answer.
2) Obviously, changing the color of the lightbox arrows is not a problem of the theme. The problem with the theme is that the arrows are white and are invisible in certain screen resolutions. Since you have not solved that problem of the theme, I consulted for the possibility of changing the color of the arrows.
3) And what happens with the fix you promise? (Item 3 of the original query)

1. The sorting on the portfolio page is not working and instead of sorting it takes me to the link of category.
2. If i assign a gallery to a client, is it possible to be accessible only by that client. I just accessed it from Incognito browsing and it lets me proof the gallery the same way a client can.

I created the #1085400… I am very worried about the contact form… because I don’t like the way CF7 forms are showed in the theme…. so , Do you think you can improve the contact part of the them, letting us to customize or create new contact fields??? First (important one):
- Why is there no paging in any form on the demo site? You defined exactly the amount of items for blog, portfolio etc. that there is no paging visible. Please add more content to the demo page. Or is there something wrong with it so you can’t show it? Everyone using the theme will write or post more then 8-10 posts. So it’s important to see what happens and how does it look. I’ve seen worse things at this point.
Second (not understandable):
- Is the gallery a single function like blog and portfolio or just a layout option which can be used inside a single portfolio and/or blog post? Or is it all together (function and layout option for a single portfolio and blog post)? The demo site is confusing me pretty much.

1. It will have pagination displays under main content for example blog, portfolio pages but on gallery pages. It displays all images in the gallery
2. Gallery is a custom post type, you can use it individually using gallery template for add to blog post, portfolio content using shortcode.
Some last pre-sale questions: 1) Is it possible to show the site logo above the menu bar instead of in between the menu bar? What’s the maximum size for the logo? 2) Can I customize the theme, like background color of footer and the galleries? 3) Is there a maximum size for the pictures in the galleries and the slider? 2. Yes you can customize elements option using theme admin panel.
3. Technically there is no maximum size, but I would recommended image at 1440px of maximum width so your site is loading fast with reasonable image quality.

The Vaga theme stopped working on two of my sites. Particularly where an image is uploaded. So on one site, the background image does not load. At some point instagram feed stopped coming in.
The “Image one half width” does not load, neither does the text or the twitter feed when i put in the link. I am seeing a number of bugs happening at the same time over the last two days. I have not edited the page and it stopped working all of a sudden.

Hi, horizontal gallery moves extremely slow with the mouse wheel in Chrome browser (Impossible to use, is a bug).
In Internet explorer is faster and works well (would be better with some more speed).

1) The problem of the square around the zoom button, is not just when you press it, it appears sometimes when passing the mouse near the image without having to press. It also happens in internet explorer 11. I think it is not the normal behavior of a button and should be considered a bug that affects the aesthetics of the theme.
2) You did not comment about the other bug I reported, related to the navigation buttons of the lightbox that are invisible (white color over white background) but functional.
Both problems can be observed with the demo version of the theme.

Could you try to unzip the file first because there are many folder in the file ex. manual, theme, license info.
Then you will find vega…installable.zip, upload that folder to WordPress Dashboard > Themes. Once you uploaded activate theme via Wordpress admin.
I am on WPEngine and they are now allowing us to upgrade to php7 – when I run the PHP Compatibility plugin the Vega Theme fails. Errors are:
1142 | ERROR | preg_replace() – /e modifier is deprecated since PHP 5.5 and removed since PHP 7.0 (/wp-content/themes/vega/modules/twitteroauth.php)
13 | ERROR | Switch statements can not have multiple default blocks since PHP 7.0 (/wp-content/themes/vega/archive.php)
How do we get the developer of Vega to fix this?

From error message, it usually causes by server side. Could you please contact your webhost and ask them to check if GD library is installed on your server.
It has come to my attention that the menu on my website is not displaying correctly or at all at resolutions below 1600. I have tested the site on multiple browsers and resolutions and in all cases the menus either completely disappears or is completely misaligned.
I know my support has run out but apparently this has been going on since I purchased the theme but I’m just hearing of it. What can be done?

There is not enough space to fit your logo size and these menu items. Basically you logo width is very large and cover more than half of content width. Please try to reduce your logo width so there are rooms for menu items.

Hi, I have a pre-sale question. In your demos, you show the same image on the left side of the page for “Full Screen,” whether it’s the Blog > Full Screen, or Blog > Single Post > Full Screen, or Sample Pages > Full Screen. So, my question is: Does the theme use only one image to always display at the left whenever “Full Screen” is selected, or can I use different images on different Full Screen pages? In other words, can I choose which image I want to display on the left whenever I use the Full Screen option?
