There is a glitch on home-landing-service-3. On the responsive version the two cards overlap onto the slider. This is happening on my end and on the demo page. Please email me to resolve this glitch. Thank you,

I have a shopping cart scroll problem on modal window. If there are more than 3 products on the list, on some screen the buttons below are not visible and not accesible. The problem exists on desktop and mobile version also.
I will open a support ticket, but for the moment the support application (ticksy) reponds this way after a few minutes of waiting: “502 Bad Gateway nginx”

Hello. I need someone to provide some tech support for this theme I purchased earlier today. I spent all day editing the site in the builder and the output is completely different and does not function as expected 1. Main Nav: The main navigation still isn’t working the way it does in the demo; instead of smooth parallax transitions from one section to the next, it’s quick and jagged. 1.1 Main Nav: The main navigation bar doesn’t adjust to the size of the logo 2. HTML File: I downloaded the .html file, saved it in my root directory on my desktop and the page doesn’t look right 3. Variant File: I downloaded the variant file, but I have no idea where I’m supposed to save it. I saved it to the variant folder, and the page still doesn’t look right
I have not received a response to my first message written 10 hours ago. Please let me know if I should contact you (the developer) directly, medium_rare, or Envato to get a refund. As of now, this template in its current state is unusable and I don’t want to waste another 24 hours trying to get it to work if no one is available to provide support. I’m on a tight deadline for other projects and would appreciate a response within the next few hours. Thank you

I was able to successfully submit a ticket, but still have not gotten a resolution to the three items I mentioned in my original comment. Hi Craig. Thanks for your response. Sure, thing. I’ll open another ticket. I’ve been trying to fix this on my own, but to no avail. The nav sticks, but it shifts from left to center and the logo image switches from small to large as the user scrolls. I’ll add a screenshot. Thanks!

I’m still waiting on someone to fix the main nav logo issue and lack of smooth transitions between each sections. The transitions are choppy. How can I go live with with all of these issues? And your ticketing system is also not working. This template is broken and I’d like someone to fix it ASAP.

Hi, The iconsmind font package is approx 1mb in size. We want to optimize our site, as we only use about 25 of the 1000 icons. How can be best do this and minimize server load? Cheers, Peter
Hello, We recommend using IcoMoon to import the font file and select which icons you need, then you can export it as a much smaller file.

Been looking at the two Pillar themes (Pillar – Multipurpose Multi-Concept Responsive WordPress Theme which is $59 and Pillar Multipurpose HTML + Variant Page Builder which is $19). What is the difference between the two?
I’m not a techie and while I’m happy to pay money for an excellent theme, I want to make sure you don’t need need IT skills to use the theme to create a WP site.
For example, I bought the Good Work theme and it was horrible trying to use it to make a site. I’m looking for something as simple and easy as Theme Isle’s Parallax One which with the most basic skills I easily created a WP site (http://diplomacygames.com and http://wordpress.government2business.com)
How easy is it for a non-technical person with really basic WP skills to use Pillar to create a site?
If you’re a basic user, I’d go for the WordPress theme as it has a lot more interface to manage your pages, blog posts etc. The HTML version is ideal if you have a little bit of know-how and can edit markup directly.

Hi there’s still the problem with CMD+Click a navigation item, the parent window gets blank and you have to reload to make it work again. the same problem on Ballard and there’s no update at this date.
Hi there, I would like to create pages with forms integrating specific fields (more input fields than in the original blocks, dropdown menus, radio buttons, ...). Can we do it with the actual version of Pillar ? If not, are you thinking about integrating this in a future update ? Thanks

Yes you can – given that Pilllar is an HTML template, you can add or subtract as many fields to the forms that you require – you just need to do this manually in the HTML markup.

This would require you to do your own HTML and CSS to achieve this layout – there is nothing built-in to Pillar that looks just like this, so it would require custom code to do.

Yeah, sad — the author feels like it’s obviously okay to make copycats of other people’s templates (link to comment).

When I compact the js files for production with gulp.js, the piecharts break.. everything else works, but even when I include the piecharts file separately it still does not load.. any thoughts?
