Hi, I wish to buy this temaple and before that I need to answered below thing 1. Can I have the menu item for “Single family home for rent” which filter the property type as the “single family house’ and property status as “for sale”.ie combinations of those 2 filter terms
Because as per the demo site it will be listed as 2 separate pages for Property types and property status.

Hi. In the listing for a sub-unit (from a parent property) is it possible to have other sub-units listed from the same parent property? This is a pretty important feature so the user can see similar units in the same property. Thanks.

If you want to enable the Login/Register dialog box then choose ‘None’ for the Select Login and Register Page option on the Customizer > Members > Login & Register options panel as displayed on the following screenshot.
To enable the registration on your site please check the Anyone can register on the Settings > General page.

This theme doesn’t provide any translation files except default ones. Real Homes theme is fully translation ready. So you can translate it to your language easily using PO & MO files method.

Hi, I am interested in your theme but I have a few pre-sale questions:
- Do I have full access to the theme code?
- Is it possible to remove or disable any options? For example some options in the search box?

3) That is not an option by default. However, you can achieve that by using the following plugin.

You can list your homepage properties base on “Locations, Statuses and Types from Below” from Customizer > Home Page > Home Properties options panel as I have displayed in the following screenshot.
However, there is no default option to display multiple properties sections on the homepage. I am afraid it would need code customization in the theme.

The custom fields allow me to recall and display from adding php code. However,k I do not think I can use php code to display the value with specific function. Anyway, I have install the 3rd party plugin called ACF. All sorted,.

Yes, the customizer settings are only for the “Advance Search” form. Other strings you need to translate.
I have asked the theme author to provide labels modification control all over the theme from customizer settings. I hope it will be available in the upcoming theme updates.

After configuring paypal to work on your site, you can see the “pay now” buttton in the page “My Properties” but there is absolutely no explanation to say what user is paying for. How can I add some text there such as “Feature Your Listing on our Homepage for $xx?

That payment is only to publish a property on your site in case you set the payment option for the properties.
It doesn’t work for featuring a property for the time being. However, we have built membership packages for this theme and those will be available in the upcoming theme update very soon. Those packages will allow you enable to such features for the properties.

This theme handles ‘Agents’ as a custom pos type. While only WordPress users can list posts in a WordPress site.
If you want users to have access to admin side and add their agent information + add their own properties, then you need to change their role to “contributor” as displayed in following screenshot.

As a contributor they can add properties but they cannot publish them. So, you can later own review and publish them.
