Is your theme support different customized sidebar on each page/woocommerce categories pages? Let say, Category A using sidebar 1a, the products that fall on this category will also have sidebar 1a, Categori B using sidebar 1b, and so on.

Is it possible to add titles to tag archives with this theme? Is there a built-in way? If not, do you provide support for this?

i’m interested in Flatsome Theme and i have pre-sale question:

I want to build a shop with WooCommerce. I tested several themes and there is a mayor problem with the most themes out there. If you use a caching plugin (i use CometCache), the problem is, that everything is cached, even the cart widget inside the header. I had real trouble recently and i didn’t found any solution so far. Before i buy your theme i have to be 100% sure, that you cart widget in header is compatible with a caching plugin (especially CometCache) and that your cart widget in header is NOT caching the cart details. The data in header cart widget have to stay dynamic and un-cached. Can you guarantee this?

To be clear in this point: I already know this known article about WooCommerce and Caching Plugins: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins It is clear, that you have to exclude the pages “cart”, “checkout” and “my account” from caching.

My question is different: The cart widget (and the wishlist widget as well) inside the header is on EVERY page! So these two widgets have to stay dynamic as well. It doesn’t help to exclude the pages cart, checkout and my account from caching, when inside the header the cart items are cached. The next visitor will see the data from the former buyer then. I have this problem at the moment with my current theme and i ran into serious problems.

I have to be 100% sure, that your cart and wishlist widget inside the header is NOT being cached, before i can switch to your theme. And if you can guarantee this (you are the theme developer, you should have tested it), please tell me, which caching plugins you tested with your theme (regarding this header caching topic).

Pre sales question: is it possible to show the number of reviews on the product page AT THE TOP along with the stars, and the word reviews? For example 4 reaviews and then 4 stars? many other themes have that on product page. Please let us know if we can activate it or how it can be done since the clent wants it.

Just as a ‘functionality improvement’ suggestion, as I’m not sure if you would even consider it, but when WooCommerce Product Addons is used in connection with your theme – Quick View doesn’t work well with it, I mean it is not outputting chosen options total and overall total prices.

Like I said, just a suggestion to maybe try to make it work together. Your theme is awesome even without that compatibility!

(for now have to hide Quick View option with CSS for products that use Products Addons options).
