Same Issue with @gillycon. After update, my home slider is not showing. It keeps spinning and no slide load. Other pages are fine though
Hello @kwakuminister
Can you please make sure that you have a fallback image assigned to the slider if its using a self hosted video? If yes and you are still seeing the issue please do open a support ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Good morning, I bought Avada and I installed it on my web site also inserrendo the purchase code. Now change hosting and then rinstallo the theme of a new platform. Etc. ola question: can I use the same code or tell me that it’s already been used? If so how can I do?
Hello @IcCannarozzo
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.
For more information please check the Envato regular license definitions here -> http://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular.

Hi, I updated the theme from 5.0.6 to 5.1.1 and now fusion slider (video preview image) is not showing on mobile. Please note am using the Agency demo.
Checkout this https://avada.theme-fusion.com/agency/ on a mobile device, it corroborate my earlier submission.
Hey @gillycon
I have reported this to our devs who are now looking into this issue, please stay patient and we will update you here.
Thanks

Please also note that after applying PATCH#415329, new demos is still not available in Fusion Builder Demo tab. I have cleared cache with no difference.
Hello!
Please delete this folder in your uploads folder: http://d.pr/i/phde
Once that is done, the patch will work. We’re adding that to the description, sorry it was left out.
Basically that folder holds the demos and is cached, you need to remove it and then they will be automatically added back after a refresh of the page.
Thanks!
Or you can just go to theme options > advanced > dynamic css/js and click the Reset Fusion Caches button.
“Hi, I updated the theme from 5.0.6 to 5.1.1 and now fusion slider (video preview image) is not showing on mobile. Please note am using the Agency demo.”
I have applied all recent patches, yet this is not fixed. However this seem to have been fixed from your site https://avada.theme-fusion.com/agency/ when I checked it on a mobile device.
Just highly disappointed with this upgrade.
Hello!
Yes it is an issue with the “fallback” image for the slider. We fixed it and we’re testing it on our demo to ensure it works, which is why you see it there properly. A patch, or the new version 5.1.2 will be out later today to resolve it.
My I ask why you are highly disappointed with this upgrade? Because of the fall back image not showing?
Thanks!
Am glad to update that the issue has been resolved with new version 5.1.2
Awesome to hear that
Thanks for letting us know.
Cheers.
I would like to ask if it’s possible to mark some rows / elements of the fusion builder to be available only to logged-in users (and maybe some others available only to not logged-in users). I other themes I achieved this using Visual Composer and the plugin ‘Elements for Users – Addon for Visual Composer’. I would like to ask if Avada supports this behavior too. Thanks
Hello @doros79
That is not a possibility right now with our Builder elements, you can hide the elements for specific media using our visibility system but not for not logged in users.
We are continuously listening to Ideas and appreciate if you can please send us your feature request to support@theme-fusion.com

FYI, I upgraded to Avada version 5.1.1 (and applied patches #415326 and #415328) and noticed a few issues…
1. I noticed all of my “Image Frame” images were no longer displaying. After some troubleshooting, I noticed that if I set the Animation Type to None, the image displays again, but if I choose any of the other Animation Types, the image disappears.
2. I am using the “Content Boxes” element and noticed the height of each box no longer matches all other boxes in the same row. Noticeable since I am using a background color for each box.
3. I noticed on my forms, my select lists were not breaking to the next line like all other fields are. Looks like the .wpcf7-select class is missing from one of the styles so I had to create my own style to get it to work again…
.wpcf7-select {
float: none!important;
width: 100%!important;
box-sizing: border-box;
}
Regardless, I reverted back to Avada 5.0.6 for now.
Hello @dynamicden
You can see that our image frames animations are working just fine and good with 5.1.1 => https://avada.theme-fusion.com/whats-new-in-5-1/
Regarding the content boxes, their height depends on the size of content inside each box.
We will love to check on your issues, however we need you to please create a support ticket with us using the link below.

I see people asking about it, and you sending them to support. Any chance of just getting a fix? Appreciate you jumping on this….Does not look good on the site.
Hey @bmacstudio.
I can not find any info on this right now, however i want you to please go to Appearance > Theme Options > Advanced > Theme Features and try to disable the snippets from there please => http://prntscr.com/ejoddo
This should help you out, Please open a support ticket if you still face the issue with complete details of your site.

Yes, that worked. Thank you
Hey @Bmcstudio
It appears due to a CSS class change in our theme, however you should be able to enable the snippets, Please clear your browser cache and the issue should be resolved for you even with keeping the snippets enabled.
Thanks

The update to the new version of Avada crashed my whole page!! The complete page is destroyed.. In the backend all pages and informations are there, but the frontend is just a mess.
What should I do??
Hello!
Sorry to hear that! However this should be simple.
If it’s all there in backend it sounds like it’s just cache. Either browser cache, plugin cache or server cache or fusion cache.
Please clear all the cache you have (plugin, browser, server) and go to theme options > advanced > dynamic css/js and clear “Fusion Cache” with this option: http://d.pr/i/4v4J

Hey i hope it doesn’t need support. i can’t update your new version of avada. When i hit the update it doesn’t work. Could you please tell me what is wrong ?
Hello!
Are you setup for auto updates? If so and you see the update button, then it should apply. If it is not working, try to disable any other 3rd party plugins to see if they are the cause.
Also, what version of WP are you using and what version of Avada are you updating from?
In regards to support, you may be eligible even though Envato says expired

yes i do get error. it says the file couldn’t find. That’s all.
Hmm that is odd, and we cannot reproduce it or have heard of it.
Instead of doing it that way, download it from your downloads tab here on Themeforest, download the “Installable WordPress Zip” file then install it via FTP or via WP for which we have documentation for both.
Install via WP: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/wordpress-installation/
Install via FTP: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/ftp-installation/
Also, please do check your purchase code, as you may be eligible for support through our site, which is where we can provide and help you better. Read about it here: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/

Oh thank you very much. i’ve changed the token permissions and get new code. Then save it and updated. Thanks for the help.

Hi, I updated to new the new version, and thought it went well but I noticed I lost all my footer info.
Hello!
Did you possibly change he name of the theme folder? If so, that will make widget areas drop out because WordPress stores menus and widget settings and some other settings by folder path. See this post: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/i-lost-my-widgets-and-menu-during-update/
Or, do you possibly have the sliding bar disabled in theme options > sliding bar? If so , enable it and see if your widgets are there. In 5.1 the sliding bar when disabled, will hide the widget sections, just as the footer is, which is how it should work.
If that is not it, go to appearance > widgets and look for “inactive widgets” and see if your footer widgets are there.

Thanks, but no worries, I had it backed up so I just did a copy and paste. I will check your suggestions on my other sites. Cheers.
Oh glad to hear it. I tried replicating the issue and could only do it via a theme folder change. So if you do stumble across anything, let us know and we’ll check into it further.

Hello, I can’t seem to find my purchase code to register for support… Can yo please direct me to where that is? All of a sudden today, the Avada_color cs sheet is missing (was fine last night) and now my menu is gone..
Hello!
Yes for sure, check out this post, it explains how to get your purchase code: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/avada-theme-support/ ... specifically this image in the text link popup: http://d.pr/i/esGB
For the stylesheet missing error, that is a common error which means it was uploaded issue. See this post: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/common-issues-broken-theme-stylesheet-missing-errors/
