Hello, I want to buy your theme. I see that your theme is WPML compatible (very important point for my next project). But, I do not see or put the flags for the languages !? Possibilities to set up a very high menu?

How do I update the info on the customer email notification/receipt after Paypal purchase?

Hi, I have a quick question before buying the theme, regarding the list of speakers. In the demo, when you hover over a speaker’s picture, you get their social media links. Is it possible to skip that hover and just link the picture to their full profile on the website (which you can now only find when clicking on their name)/ This would be a lot more user friendly as people expect to be able to click pictures.

Hi, i want to ask can the custom font family work? since i upload a font family can test1 but in the website tool i see that the test1 font is overwrite by the default one. Also as i am building a multi site, so can i just use font family “Microsoft JhengHei” for the chinese one and other for eng? Thanks

I am trying to change my site’s colors using the Goodlayers Admin Panel but the colors just stay the same

I can see that it is not listed in my downloads for some reason – even though if I go to ticksy support it is listed as VERIFIED and I have LOTS of tickets there from the past

I was going to submit a ticket originally but I don’t have access to the purchase code. I am helping a client with their website and they don’t have this information. The theme was purchased for them around April 2016.

You can use Woocommerce as third party plugin but it won’t work with ticket system in this theme(http://demo.goodlayers.com/thekeynote/tickets/ ). The system is separated from Woocommerce.

etouches is an event management platform that we use for registrations.

Oh sorry, but our theme doesn’t have built-in feature to support this.

I’m not sure if they have WordPress plugin or not. If they have, you may be able to use it with this theme. However, please note that the event layout in this theme will not integrate with the plugin. It will works individually.

Our site has launched just as my access to tech support expired. The one complaint we continually receive is the portfolio boxes in the Modern Style appear to be fully clickable, but only the portfolio icon is linked. How do I make the entire box clickable? As you can see, the cursor changes to a hand suggesting the box is clickable. It’s not. Only the icon in the center is. I would ask through the support system, but our support has expired recently. Thanks for any help or advice. -B

Great theme. Pre-purchase question. Is this theme compatible with Tickera? Is it possible to tabulate the schedule by room in addition to day/topic? Is there additional category for Exhibitors?

Sorry for the newb question, but I could not find the answer anywhere in ThemeForest help pages or other comments . I’d like to purchase the Keynote theme but I will initially be installing on a development server. Once the site is built I will clone to a production server (on an entirely different host). How does this work with regard to the license for the Theme? Can I simply transfer the license/product info/code into the production wordpress site when the time comes? Thanks

First of all, Thanks for interest :)

In this case, only one regular license is enough. You don’t need to purchase another license for the development server.

However, to move to another server, you have to handle that by your own. Please note that, we don’t provide support to help moving site. ( https://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress )

The session mode is not able to sort the list any more according to the hours. I have purchased this beautiful theme a year ago and was using successfully. Now after a few upgrades, the sessions cannot get sorted however I try. The program e.g. starts at 9:00 – 9:35, the other one which is due at 10:00 – 10:35 even displayed before or at random. Very annoying :(

Sorry to say this but, each version breaks something which was functioning earlier. Now the Master Slider looks ugly during initial download of the page. Check this out, you will se what I mean. This happened after I have upgrade the theme to the latest version – Please help, this is unbearable. Is there any way that I can revert back? Removed the master slider, reinstalled, to no avail. :( www.nnfm.org
