Yes. After importing the demo content, you go to Pages and find the page named Home supermarket 3. If you are using an old Gon Importer plugin, you should delete it, then go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install it again before importing.

Almost images/icons were replaced by the placeholder images. So if you want our demo icons/images, you can get them from our demo site (just R-Click and select Save image as… http://prnt.sc/esd4rs) .Or you can download other icons from here http://www.flaticon.com/.

It is the TS Products Category Tabs 2 shortcode. You need to select categories which you want to show http://prnt.sc/esdivy. It does not work now because categories were saved with another ID when importing. So you need to select categories again.

Hi, Regenerate Thumbnails doesn’t work for Single Product Images? I changed it under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display, than used regenerate thumbnails, but it still shown 450 px X 450 px for product, but I changed to 300px X 300px ?
It shown correct in popup window, but not on the page, and the picture is blurred?
How to change this in the theme?

If you add a small image to a big container, it will be blurred. So you should increase the product image size.

Yes, I cleared cache after changing. I added 300px X 300px image to product, and changed container to 300px X 300px, than regenerate thumbnails.
The image shown blurred, because the container is 450px X 450px, and the image is stretched…

I have a problem needs to sort out ASAP. When I installed the theme and woocommerce, then I can’t edit the pages. That means when I clicked the pages, it listed all pages, but when I clicked any page in the list, it froze. I can’t open any page to edit. Also the “role manager” in Visual Composer could not be edited either. But when I uninstalled woocommerce, everything went well. My wp version 4.7.1, Gon theme version 1.2.5, wocommerce version 2.6.14. And my visual composer shows “Activate visual composer”. Do I need to activate it? How? Thanks

You don’t need to activate the Visual Composer license. You bought our theme one year ago. So I think you have just updated some things and it causes this problem. Please try:
1. Check and update all recommended plugins.
2. Deactivate the third party plugins.
3. Clear your browser cache.

Your version 1.1.1 is a very old version. Before updating, you should backup your website. After updating, you have also to update the related plugins and clear all caches. You can mix elements. Because they are shortcodes. You can easily add/remove them by using visual page builder.

You can only go to WP admin and delete things which you don’t need. Or you can create a staging site (sub domain, sub folder). If your hosting does not allow you to create many databases, you will create a staging site on localhost.

HI I bought your theme and do not have a mega menu. I looked in the “Appearance->Menus” -(Primary Navigation) and there is no Enable Mega Menu option. Maybe something is NOT turned on? If so, where? In plugins list is not “Mega Menu” plugin.
