I am missing the trainer pages (trainer post type). Otherwise pretty solid!

We haven’t created trainers as custom post type within our theme, but you can create your trainer pages using regular page templates, (or even portfolio templates), and by using some of plenty powerful shortcodes we have in this theme. That’s how we created this page as an example http://topfit.mikado-themes.com/meet-our-coaches/

What about a top bar for social links and extra menus? Second or third menu for bigger gyms. I own 3 gyms and need more menus in the header.

Yes, top bar is available in our TopFit theme, as written under Theme Features. We just haven’t used it on our demo site, but it’s a good suggestion to present it as well 
When it comes to headers, one header/menu can be displayed at one page. You can use dropdown or wide menu to group items for each gym you own. We’re here if you’ve got any further questions.
