Hi,

I was wondering is there a way to organize the items in the portfolio, so as to have one project before the other? As now it looks like the first project to show in a portfolio would be the most recent one (I would like to organize this on my own criterias).

Really loving the theme thank you – just got a small issue with it.

My website is at http://be-you.space and most of it works great.

The problem I have is that most of the site is on a single page. There is then another page that the site jumps to for bookings. If you scroll down the page to FREE DISCOVERY SESSION and click on the more information button it will take you there.

Now if you scroll to the bottom of that page there should be a booking form. This works only on Chrome on the PC but not MAC and not on other browsers on either platform.

The other thing is that once on the discovery page – when you click on any menu item which takes you back to the main page – it ignores the #element and just stays at the top of the page. Again – on Chrome on the PC it jumps to the appropriate section.

When navigating from the discovery page – the contact form on the main page (at the bottom) is not rendered either. Again – works on PC Chrome.

I was trying to upload a video to the portfolio and have it play in the thumbnail as shown in your Hook theme demos. I can’t seem to find the option to do so, as the “set featured image” option supports only the images and the option to upload media under “media management” just has an empty line when i select “video”. Thank you for your help!

I think I have a problem with Visual Composer. I can’t edit in Text Blocks on pages. When I add some text it won’t save it. I had this problem before and we found out it was my chrome browser, because it worked fine in Safari. But now it doesn’t work in any browsers. I’m working on a Mac.

Do you have any idea on how to fix this?

Hi Pirenko, I have added a text widget to the footer, but would like this to take the full with instead of 1/4, in order to get all text on one line. See www.sugato.nl How would that be possible?

I believe I saw in previous posts that a row video background won’t play audio unless it’s hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. I want to avoid this because I don’t want the grid of suggested videos following.

Is there a way to enable the audio (even if I must hard code or use jQuery) so that the self-hosted background video plays the audio? Could you provide full details?

I was experiencing a high load while trying to edit the Featured Image of portfolio posts and it was impeding productivity. I used an analysis tool to investigate and found that the Hook Framework plugin was taking up a whopping 50% of my hosting account’s resources!

Can you tell me why the Hook Framework plugin is necessary and whether you are able to make it operate/perform more efficiently?

Hi Pirenko, thank you very much for your suggestion, we have enabled the widget as you see in the background. We have two more questions:

1. We have enabled mailchimp plugin, but as you see there is no way for us to get the custom subscribe button, is something managed by your template? We have forget some steps?

2. Regarding the portfolio I understand the thumbnail part in the portfolio page, but we use all rectangular images as you can see, so to create the beautiful mosaic effect with rectangular vertical and horizontal and square images like we see in your template we should use “only” for thumbnail a square image? At the moment we use: - Thumbnail width (for portfolio feeds) -> DOUBLE - Thumbnail shape (for portfolio feeds) -> SQUARE
