2 ) No, that is not a normal. It seems that you have activated the “UNYSON Page Builder ” module so that only it causes the issue. Kindly deactivate the all modules except the “Backup and Demo content module” and check out the issue.

If you want to use our demo home page, then you can simply get into Admin Panel > Pages > Add New > Enable page builder > Sample Layouts.

Note : Kindly, Use either page builder or WordPress editor in the pages. If you have some content in the WordPress editor and then you click page builder button and enable it and drag and drop some modules or without putting the modules, if you update the page, the WordPress editor content will be erased. In short, when you try to use WordPress editor, just disable the page builder and use the WordPress editor.

Hi, I am experiencing many problems. First, I tried a couple of times to register for support but I didn’t receive a confirmation email with a password.

We do not have any issues with the page builder and the latest version of wordpress release. Hope you are using our latest version 1.6.3 released on 2017.03.29. Also we are now updating the theme to latest version of woocommerce and some others bugs and it will be released in 1 or 2 days.

Hi. First of all, I´m a customer, now out of the support period. I´m asking you for help, because I have a huge problem with Design-themes Core Features Plugin. I makes conflict with WP 4.7.3.
My mobile menu doesn´t work, and my home page foooter have dissapear. The only way to make them work is to disable the plugin. Can you please tell me why is this happening, if I have the latest theme version (Kids Life, 1.6.3) and the latest plugin version (1.4)?

hi, i have a one suggestion in recent_posts.php file located framework\theme_widgets, in this file you guys have used query_posts($arg);

the_post(); this snipet. Query_post is wordpress main query, so in this it excute wordpess main query and due to this, there are some issues, like buddypress form will show inside this widget. So i suggest change this query post to wp_query here is the full snipet $the_query = new WP_Query( $arg );

I have not touched one of my clients site for ages… and after upgrading to the latest WP the page builder stopped working.
When I try to edit the content on a page, the data is not showing nor I can make changes.
All the boxes are empty… it does not matter whether I am using visual or the text editor.
Is there anything I am missing here?
Is there an update for the theme I have missed?

It seems that you have installed and activated many third party plugins, which causes those conflicts. We have not tested our theme with any third party plugins other than the plugins listed in the themeforest page. So we cannot guarantee for that plugin to work with our theme.

I would like to be able to use a shortcode in place of the contact info in the top right of the header (since it is to difficult to change unless you do it in the Header1.php) Is this possible? Also, I would like to do this in the child theme so things do not get overwritten upon theme update.

Kindly try following ways,
1) This error is caused by trying to install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself.
The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc.
So unzip package and find actual theme file then install theme.
2) Go to Wpfolder -> wp-content -> Themes – > Paste actual theme directory folder
