hi there, looks good! Pre-sales question. I see you offer a plugin and a theme. I would prefer the plugin so that we can continue using our currrent theme. But do we miss functionalities then? What does the theme provide extra? Also, how does the “post a question” work? Is it a Contact Form 7 placement? What happens when someone posts a question, is it visible for everyone on a page or is it sent to someone through email?

1. If you need only the plugin you can check and purchase it from following link- https://codecanyon.net/item/bwl-knowledge-base-manager/79728122. If some one post a question then plugin will send a notification email to site author(you can set custom email address). Site Author can review the question, add answer and publish it. Also, author can notify “user(who submitted the question)” via email.

- 2) “Add A Knowledge Base Question !” at the end of each KB is great but can I place this thing in a (sidebar) widget?

- Theme does not have any feature for Google Adsense. But, you can use Google Adsense plugin with this theme.
- We’re using custom post type feature of WordPress to create new KB.
