We just purchased and installed this theme. There is no “Import Demo” option anywhere… not in the theme options and not under “Tools” on the WP sidebar menu. How do we import a demo?
We just installed the “Old Version” that comes in your full download. We found the demo install in the theme options. Your “New Version” does not add “Install Demo” under Tools as it should. There is nowhere to install demos with the “New Version” or just the install-able WP theme installation download.

There is no Tools > demo data, that is what I’m trying to tell you. The “1.New version (Theme Install)” does not add this feature. I’m very familiar with WP and how to install themes, this theme (the new version) is not adding this feature. We used the old version, which is also included in the complete download, and were able to install the demo through the theme options. “Tools > demo data” does not appear on any of the installs…
I do not need to create a ticket, just want you to know that your “New Version” of your theme is not working correctly for demo imports…
I am thinking about purchasing your theme but I see you only have made 1 update since August 2016. How long are you planning on supporting this theme? I want to make sure I do not purchase a theme that in 1 year will not be supported. Please let me know, thank you.

@Hienexp thank you for your reply. Your answer did not really answer my question. I can see your change log. However, that does not mean that you will not stop supporting this theme in 1 year. Are there plans to continue to support this theme for years going forward so that it does not break with new WordPress releases?
I haven’t updated your theme on our site for over a year. I just downloaded the new files and there is a “New Version” and an “Old Version” but I”m not sure which one to use. What is the difference? I can’t find this information in your help docs or read me file.
Hello, for new version i removed some options on row config, because for now Visual Composer supported it. So if you use new version you need config row on your site again, if you not have time to do it please use old version. Thank you!
How do I install the demo content for the One Page Construction site??
I looked through the documentation provided in the theme files I downloaded and the Video Tutorial does not have the same layout as my wordpress. There is no “Demo Content” tab!
There is a “Import / Export” tab BUT what file do I import to get this demo going?????

Hello! It’s been over a year since I’ve logged into my WP site using this theme. Now VC is requesting a license key which apparently is no longer saved/stored. I also can’t edit the content on my site because when I try to switch from VC, it only produces the code in the text editor, which displays on my site. Where do I get the original license for VC so I continue using this theme on my site?

Your ticketing system doesn’t recognize purchase when logging in with Envato account. Logged out and setup new account, but that isn’t allowed since you already have e-mail in your system from my envato login. I didn’t attempt to use “many account” as you state. I simply logged in with Envato and you don’t recognize my purchase. You don’t include a method to manually enter a key. Please remove my e-mail from your system so that I can set up new account manually.

Visual Composer is bundled yet when I try to access premium features, it says I need a product code and it can’t find it therefore, I cannot activate Visual Composer. Its supposed to be included.

On my website, the blog works fine for the first page of posts and all links work, but when you click on ‘More’ for the next page(s) I get a 404 error. This is urgent please.
