I have had this theme quite some time, and have always received great support. Thank you for that. However, for reasons I do not know, the Theme Layout, Colors and Fonts options under Theme Options no longer work for me. I cannot update any Fonts in that section (ex. Main Menu Font) [I changed to Google Font Pacifico but it still looks like Open Sans to me.] This was a test to see if it would update.
The Responsive option set for Landscape mode is not working either It looks like it’s still displaying Centered when I view in Landscape in my browser or tablet, even though it says Responsive.
I’ve tried purging all caches but this is either a Theme Option or an issue writing these specific changes to my database.
I’m running version 1.4.5 of Scalia and 4.7.3 of WordPress.
Any tips or a solution would be greatly appreciated. I have been a long time supporter of this theme and used it for almost 2 years now. Thanks you in advance, and please see screenshot below:

It literally took HOURS for me to see the change via Chrome. Any tips on expediting these changes to see them Live? I did try clearing Cache in W3 Total Cache and Clearing Browser cache / history and that still didn’t resolve it. I literally had to wait HOURS to view it.
Is this a Google fonts issue updating through DNS? Or something else?

Hi, I’ve enjoyed your theme but since I updated the theme my website has lost it’s colour settings on the page headings (reverting to default blue) and also the footer background image (reverting to the demo image) in internet explorer only. The site still looks fine in Chrome or FireFox.
This problem happened before I updated visual composer and persists after updating that plugin. The colours worked in internet explorer before the Scalia update.
My support expired recently but since this is a theme problem and not a request for customisation help I believe you should be able to help me here?

Unfortunately the update was not released until my support expired (in fact NO updates were released until after my support expired). This is not a request for customisation help – it is notification to you that the theme update has a problem that you need to resolve.

Ok – so I contacted you via the contact form on that page over a week ago and havent had any response. Meanwhile my website is still showing a default footer image and colours on internet explorer, with MY footer image and colours on other browsers since the update. I’m surely not the only person having this problem?

We are writing this in the hopes that you can still help us; we’ve only just been able to obtain our purchase code from our old webmaster. We’re using tabs on each and every one of our product pages. In the back-end, everything looks fine. On the actual page, however, they just won’t appear. The tabs titles all just appear as links and the content of each tab appears below.
This only affects our product pages, not our ‘news’ pages for one or another reason. This is an example: http://www.asystems-sys.com/product/dma8813/The tabs are supposed to appear about half-way down the page. FEATURES / SPECIFICATIONS / SETUP DIAGRAM / RESOURCES.
The issue is only new (about a month). Prior to this there were no issues, but suddenly every product tab page has this exact issue. Tab code is correct; no tabs appear on the pages.

Hi. After upgrading to WP 4.7.2 the Visual Composer in the backend stopped working (only shows a loading icon but not actually opening the page with VC). Will upgrading the template to the latest version fix this? And will the current designs/pages keep intact? Thanks!
