As we already told you that, our lead developer said that please no worry about that empty line between the code. It will not affect your site and theme options. Sometimes it happens because of the FTP software which you are using to upload the theme or the editor which you are using to edit the PHP files, both settings are not up to the theme standards.

We did not found any issue please see this link of your theme files through FTP http://my.jetscreenshot.com/demo/20170401-7qqr-90kb there is no space in your code, if you will see file by CPanel than you will find space because some servers added the space automatically in the PHP File, please use FTP and also use notepaid++ and see the result, we have sent you above link for you satisfaction.

I hope you known about the ThemeForest policy that if the theme has the extra spaces and blank spaces in PHP files then they rejected the theme to sale on their forum. They will not accept the theme if any error found in PHP files and code.

So pleases change the review to 5 stars because there is no issue in the theme. Please reupload the theme and then check the theme files through FTP and in notpad++ software.

First of all thanks for showing interest in the Porto theme.

We have not tested this paid plugin yet with our theme and its not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us., but I take a look at plugin page it says: “This plugin works gracefully and seamlessly on different themes on different devices including PC, mobile and tablets.”

So we think that if the plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme like Porto. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage.

Please upgrade your PHP version from 5.2 to 5.6 then your issue will solve auto. PHP version 5.4 is the minimum requirement of the Porto theme.
