Such block can be created with a little modification. Create a styled list in the Text block of Visual Composer http://prntscr.com/fhpryt switch to the ‘Text’ tab and add < i class=”” > tag with class of the needed icon after the < li > tag http://prntscr.com/fhptdn

All icons classes you can see on this page http://inspirothemes.com/polo-v4/shortcode-icon-lists.html in the browser console.

Additionally you can add the following CSS codes to the “Custom CSS” section of your page to style your list nicely:

Hm… it sounds strange. There is no xml file in the theme, all demo is imported from our online server. Also all text strings must be linked to ‘polo’ textdomain. As for the VC modules issues, we need more information on which ones don’t work properly. Please, pay attention that we constantly release updates for the theme. Probably you are using some old version. It would be great if you contact our support team and describe all issues more detailed with examples. I was forced to stop using your twitter plugin and install a new one. I belive our clients do not have the need to know where and from whom we buy, otherwise, what is the point of not going directly to the source.

And having others tweets on a clients site is not nice.

Again, I, we love your theme… Its great. And that is why we get disapointed when we come across these glitches. I know its always a work in progress, but please fix these small bugs and add the small things we are asking for.

Maybe the problem is related to cache of tweets. It is usually updated once per hour. Cache is linked directly to the Twitter username. So when you change it in Twitter widget settings, all tweets must be shown from the new account http://prntscr.com/f7b1gt

Anyway we will investigate this issue and will try to find a workaround to avoid such cases in future.

“Show All” text is translated in the theme (not plugin) via polo/translation/polo.pot file.Please, translate it and save according to the instructions in this tutorial.

Most likely ther problem is caused by the missing image in the contact widget in the footer of your site. It is linked to our server and is causing 404 error http://prntscr.com/eekvjh Apparently it remained after demo import. Please , remove it or replace by your own image.

If replacement doesn’t help, please, update the theme to its latest version or submit a ticket and provide us with link to your site, your Wordpress admin login and password, and your FTP access details. We will check your settings more detailed.

Sorry for delay! Unfortunately we couldn’t reply to you during the weekend. But now we see that you have already purchased the theme. And here are the answers to your questions:

1. There is no sticky sidebar option in the theme.

2. Yes, captions are available for images as well as gallery images.

3. and 4. These are standard features of Wordpress. You can use them on single posts pages. If using them on regular pages, they can be inserted into Text module of Visual Composer builder.

5. There is no native Instagram widget in the theme. But you can add it via a third-party plugin.

6. There is no recent news slider widget in the theme. But there are Polo Posts Slider and Polo Posts Carousel modules in Visual Composer editor, that provide such option. They can be used as widgets in sidebar or footer area as well. For this simply copy/paste shortcode of the module into Text widget in Appearance>Widgets section.

7. There is timeline module in Visual Composer builder, that looks like this:

Thank you for updating the theme to include Email and IMDB in the Team Member section. However the email function, when published, produces a 404 error message instead of opening the team member’s email address in a mail application or allowing the user to somehow send an email message. Please advise!

In order to activate this option you need to enter mailto: before email address. Like this mailto:example@email.com

But please note this option works, only if maito is enabled in your browser or OS settings.
