Please do following steps.
1 ) Delete the plugin “Vertikal Premium Theme Add-ons”.
2 ) Once you delete it, a Notice will appear to install it again, Reinstall it again and your issue will be solved.

I have asked repeatedly for support for new woocommerce and lightbox features. Nothing. There is a now a problem with the plugin js_vertikal_addons. Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_shortcode_param() on line 1398 My website is using the latest version of Vertikal 1.8.1. Also now not supporting woocommerce now? How can this be justified?
Ok..re:- Call to undefined function add_shortcode_param() error.
If you replace each occurrence of add_shortcode_param() with vc_add_shortcode_param() in the plugin index file /public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_vertikal_addons/index.php this will fix this error.

Also, since the update 1.8.1 I am getting “Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support” nag. To remove this use

Hi just a note: it appears the child theme you provide with your theme breaks all color options set up in the theme options/dynamic.css file(an maybe other customizations, too).
I was having trouble with a site not showing the color options set up in the theme options. I reset chmod permissions to the dynamic.css file, with no luck. Only setting the active theme from the supplied child theme to the Vertikal parent theme fixed the issue.

For visual composer update, you need to remove OLD plugin & install again by plugin activation/installation notice, you will get updated copy.
For php7, Yes, It will support PHP7.
