Okay, second question, bit off track – apologies for not starting this in a new comment – and I’m sure you’ve answered this elsewhere, but what setting exactly in the Rev Slider (for Flora 6) enables the background video to play on mobile once it’s been tapped specifically. So I know how video doesn’t autoplay on mobile, and I’ve set the video as a layer instead of a background image, and I copied over all the original settings from the Flora 6 slider template, but when I tap my screen I can’t get it to play like it does in your demo (the second one). I can send you a live URL if it helps.

Hi guys. The visibility options are definitely both set to ‘off’, and it’s been enabled on mobile. Would the overlay be preventing it? Just thinking out loud, but one of the only differences between my slider and your live demo would be that I have an overlay. Perhaps that’s blocking the tap input.

1. Unfortunately, the Smart Slider plugin and Instagram plugin are not compatible with the AJAX Page from this theme. If you have other plugins installed, please disable AJAX Page in Theme Options -> AJAX Page.

2. The same as the question above. This is an AJAX Page issue. That’s because the shop page doesn’t support AJAX Page. By default, it was excluded from the AJAX Page feature as you can see in the settings in Theme Options -> AJAX Page -> Exclude URLs. We’ve added all shop pages in the Exclude URLs to disable AJAX Options on those pages. Unfortunately, your shop page is not called “shop” but “obchod” so AJAX Page is still active on that page. There are two way to work around this: 1) Add all shop pages (including cart and checkout pages) in the Exclude URLs option as the sample provided there. 2) Or disable AJAX Page option so it can work with any pages without conflict issue.

2. There was a < BR > tag found before the product images in the first row. This makes the image slideshow doesn’t work. Try to update WooCommerce plugin to see if it works. If it doesn’t work try to disable HTML minify feature because it’s now active on your website and this removes all spaces from your HTML output on the page.

1. I will try your fix, one thing important to know is that this is a website that i duplicate from another, and maybe the issue is link to that, but this is the first theme that encounter that dont support duplication.

2- i already have the last version of woocommerce.

1. I think, it’s not related to the duplication. It’s a PHP error that there maybe something is calling that filter without parsing the parameters.

2. Try to disable HTML minify to see if it works.

1- i have the orginal site on the same hosting plan than the duplicate one, so it’s not coming from server i guess since the original one is not affected by this bug.

2- i desactivate cache and minify.

The function ‘woocommerce_get_price’ is not available in this theme. If you find it in this theme, of course there is no ‘woocommerce_get_price’ found. I also try to find it in WooCommerce 3.0 plugin, it’s not available there either.

I guess that it would be in other plugins on your website. Try to deactivate your plugins to see if it works.

For the Wyde_Mega_Menu::edit_walker(), I hope that it should not happen again if you edit the code as I provided in the previous comments.

2. You can set the Excerpt Length so the excerpt text will be shorter. For the blog page, you can set it in Theme Options -> Blog. For the Blog Posts element that displays the recent posts on the page, you can set it in the Element Settings window when you edit the Blog Posts element.

3. That’s because you have many columns in the row, of course when you’re on small screens, each column will be narrower and have no enough space to show the content inside. Those options are for the blog page (Posts page), but your page is not. You’re using a Blog Posts element to displays the blog posts so you will need to edit that page and edit the Blog Posts element to set the blog settings as below picture:

1. Please make sure you have Flora Child theme installed and activated.

2. Go to Appearance -> Editor to edit Flora Child theme.

3. Add the custom code below to Theme Functions (functions.php):

I’m not sure but it seems like you have 2 Spotify links in the footer. Try to check if you have set the URL for Spotify twice in Theme Options -> Social Media.

Thank you for the site credentials!

It seems like that you have edited the code in custom-functions.php to add the Spotify icon in the function called “wyde_get_social_icons” directly.

And then when you add the code I provided, it add this icon one more time so you have Spotify links twice.

Also, now you have edited the code in the Flora theme directly, this is not recommended because when you update the theme these changes will be lost. That means if you edit any files directly in the theme, you couldn’t update the theme anymore.

Here’s what you will need to do.

1. Remove all changes from the Flora theme:

a) Remove the code ‘flora-icon-spotify’ => ‘Spotify’, from function “wyde_get_social_icons” in custom-functions.php.

b) Remove the code below from functions.php:

1. You couldn’t add any content into the main content area of the posts page. WordPress automatically populates your posts into that area. You have to set the image in the Title Area instead. You can set it in the Flora Options -> Title Area, select “Image” for the Background mode and then choose your image. Also, you can set as in global settings in Theme Options -> Title Area.

2. and 4., seems like this is a bug of the theme on mobile when you set the background for the page, the background overlays the content so it won’t show up and the comment box won’t work. Thank you for reporting this issue, it will be fixed in the next update.

You can add custom CSS below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content to work around this:

3. There was a footer widget area in the footer but you have no widget inside there so you have some spaces between footer and content on mobile. If you have no widget inside the footer widget area, you should disable Footer Widget Area option in Theme Options -> Footer to hide it.

Seems like you’re using other plugin to show the image in the lightbox. It’s not available in the plugins support list so we couldn’t answer why it doesn’t work.

Actually this theme comes with Image Gallery element: http://wydethemes.com/flora/elements/#image-gallery

Also, it will show the full size of image in the lightbox when you click on it without using any other plugin. We recommend you to use this element instead.

For some reason it doesn’t work. I closed the plugins and left the slider revolution >> Refresh

And I checked again – but it doesn’t seem to work at all.

What i’m doing wrong? Is there a way to reset the settings of this Image Gallery element? and where is it in Theme options?
