Bear in mind while the theme is 100%, our time is not – so support is based on a single domain per license – so if you need help with the theme on multiple domains you would need separate licenses per domain. Best, Colm

I’m not sure if you’re running a very old version of Visual Composer.

Try updating the theme: https://commercegurus.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/5000630667-how-do-i-update-the-theme-

Then go to ‘Plugins’ and disable LayerSlider.

Finally update Visual Composer and Layerslider via Appearance > Install Plugins.

FYI – Your support period for the theme has expired – you can update this on the ‘Downloads’ page within your Themeforest account – thanks.

Simon, previously I updated the theme to the last version 1.6.2 with VC 5.1 and LS 6.2.2…in the Codecanyon’s Layer Slider description, says that 6.4+ versions fix issues with VC

We’ve had no reports of any issue of this nature. You can submit a ticket via the ‘Support’ tab above with your site link and WP login – and a reference to this thread.

Re: 1.) There are tons of gallery plugins available for WordPress so this isn’t really something that we need to create just for the theme. The theme also fully supports WooCommerce which you could also use in Catalog mode for something like that.

Re: 2.) Again, you could use Visual Composer to create this yourself – you can see an example of that on the theme demo homepage just before the footer.

For something like that you could easily use WooCommerce (which the theme fully supports) and just switch off the shop/cart.

also, my theme is now dependent on my child theme, not sure why, but it relies on elements from there; will not run correctly on it’s own

You just add whatever WooCommerce sidebar widgets to want to the ‘Shop Sidebar’ widget area within Appearance > Widgets

Image zoom is a new feature introduced in WooCommerce 3.0. To remove it, you’d need to install this plugin:

I was translating the template into Spanish, and the only word I could not find was “says:” in the comments section of each post and I had to modify it directly on the file ”/themes/factory/inc/template-tags.php”. It’s possible add it to the translator file factory.pot? Thank!

Just use the ‘Featured Image’ option on the right hand side when editing a page or post to have a unique image.

I’m not sure what you mean by cancelling the navigation – Factory is designed with a menu in mind in order to browse between different areas of a site.

Just change the ‘Template’ dropdown on the right hand side to ‘Default’ – what that does is add the ‘Pages Sidebar’ widget area from Appearance > Widgets
