Hi, I have ticket # 12909 opened in your support system and no one is responding to my ticket. It has been days on this and hours ago, someone who was ‘working on it’ completely took the site down and all I have now is a directory structure listed on my domain with a backup folder listed.

Hey, I’m really excited to purchase this theme. I did read alot of comments about is and checked this website out. The problem I see is that the MENU doesn’t work on any phone or tablet. I tried your demo of a few pages. I also tried 3 websites from people who left a comment. But it just won’t work on my phone.
How are you guys planning on solving this? Or is there any way to solve it? I wont buy it before its fixed. I hope you understand!

Dear Staff with the last release I have a new issue concerning my custom css. I added some piece of css code into the customizer add css section, it worked fine on old release. Now when loading the website i can see for 2 seconds the scrambled megamenu on top navigation before it correctly load the css and diaplay correctly the menu. Can I easy bypass the problem please?

Visual Composer stopped working. There is a code level issue with the plugin apparently and we do not know how to resolve it. Updating the Theme version did not fix the problem. How do we fix?

HI Thememove Im sorry to say I have had no reply. All we are currently trying to do is update our theme. I am also sad to say I was about to buy another version but have decided against it on this occasion. No point if we cant make it work Im sure you would agree. HI Thememove. Like others on here I also cant download the updated theme while carrying out updates to my site. We cant download the essential plugins from your links but have the theme from theme forest. Are you no longer allowing downloads of the theme or is there an issue at your end?
