There is one items that we have not addressed in the update but we will very soon, that’s the product lightbox. I don’t think that many people are using it on this theme but here is temp fix while we work on another release.

I am using the bellevue theme and WPML premium. I have successfully translated all content from english to greek and now I am experiencing a problem.
I need to be able to set different fonts in every language like I do in Bellevue -Theme Options – Typography.
I am currently using for English language ‘Source Sans Pro’ from google fonts which I have set from Theme Options – Typography. How can I set a different font for Greek language?
In case I will need a different css file for it to happen, please advice on how to make it happen.

WPML might be able to help with that, the theme won’t be able to control that. I think it’s down to the font you choose. Please see link above
I cannot access support site. I keep getting kicked out. I was able to set up one ticket successfully, was kicked out, cannot login. When it looks like I’m logged in and try to submit my ticket, I get a message saying “Whoops…” I’ve tried every browser I have, tried to access via envato and no luck. Hi – I am trying to use this theme for a holiday home rental – so I don’t need rooms as the whole house is booked. I do need seasonal pricing though, three levels. I’ve been trying to follow your instructions for seasonal pricing – am I meant to end up with three separate calendars displaying on the page though? what I want is one availability calendar and the pricing to be automatically calculated from there.(I have set up the variable product) thanks!
Hello, thank you for letting us know. You can use 1 calendar, but you’ll need three instances of it because the shortcode needs to be different with the unique skus or product id’s . The nice thing is that if you find the rate rules not robust enough you can easily swap up the WP Booking System with another plugin. Please let us know if you have any questions. Hi – thanks for replying, Can I just clarify you mean there would have to be three separate versions of the calendar on view to the end user at the front end?
It will show 3 instances of the same calendar on the frontend because you need to use a unique shortcode for every price point. The reason is that Inside the calendar shortcode is a parameter called wooproductid and that’s where you tie the calendar in with a price. You could make sections (Summer, Spring, Fall) etc.
The bookings will all be tied in with one calendar for availability so you don’t need to create a different calendar in the backend.

Is there a way to have the mobile header transparent with the logo and menu over the slider image? Like it is in the desktop version? Ive looked some sites and notice that if someone is using a slider or header, then logo and menu shift above and have a solid colored background when viewing mobile.
Sorry, we don’t support transparent header for mobile, there is a small issue with the mobile menu on transparent headers. There is a way to turn it off in the css and you can use it but we didn’t feel that it was ready to be used in production. I think the solid header looks nice on mobile.
How do I make photos full width??

When writing content, simply on the page and inserting photos (oprions are small/large etc..) but I would like to make it full width… + is it possible to remove “bellevue” logo from the top of the page? I managed it to remove it on my homepage (under theme options), but when entering to other pages – bellevue logo is back there…
+ how can I add social media features like instagram “footer”, to make photos appear on the website, is it possible?

RE: Photos, I think are you describing the Content Editor? WordPress has a sizing features when you use the ‘Add Media’ button, you can choose sizes. If you are referring to any of our metaboxes, we automatically resize for you.

Hey! It may be a basic one – but still! How is called the “slider” with a button (but it is not, right?) in your lakeshore and yaletown demo? How do I create one where I can manage to move text (not necessarily in the centre) and create a button that leads to a separate conversion form? All this on “one-page” website?

Hello, happy to help. Did you see that under the WP dash / Bellevue / Slider there are two slides that come with the import? The one called “Caramana Suite” is more what you are looking for. It has a button that can lead to a conversion form.

The styling for the form fields does not work best in the slider, but you can add the calendar and forms fields anywhere on the site. We recommend putting it in the content area or use the wp calendar meta box. So in short you can add a calendar or calendar + forms anywhere, but it’s styled for the content area (below the slider).

HI Victor, I’m not sure I understand your question. The calendar and forms works together to make a reservation. First the customer selects the dates, then they fill out the form, then they press the book button and their reservation is completed.
The calendar will tell them ahead of time if the date they selected are available or booked. You can set the color and status of days that are booked or pending or both.
Thanks for the reply again. Ok here is what I want, I would like people to be able to select the date first, and once they select the date, they will be able to see which rooms are available to them. Then they can choose the room and continue the booking process. Is there a way to do that?

Sorry no, the calendar will only let the customer choose the available dates, then they can fill out the form and make the reservation. There is an update coming out in April that will allow a search feature like the one you are talking about. We are trying to have it bundled with this theme but we are still working details out with the plugin developer. The Calendar can booking form can be placed anywhere on the site (shortcode). If you use just the calendar alone (without booking fields) it acts like a availability calendar with no other functions. It will list dates pending, booked etc.

Another problem: Buttons on the formidable forms appear blank (no text is visible) although the contrasting colors are “set”and the text is entered. Where can I manage button logic and how they appear?
Hello, thanks for letting us know. Can you check your settings under Appearance / Theme Options / Colors? If primary is set to white, then there could be an issue. Please let us know if that helps resolve .

I’m afraid this hasn’t solved the problem as the link that you’ve sent me (wpbookingsystem.com) doesn’t let me download the premium version without paying for it (it should have been included for free in the version that I have already purchased, which was a special offer). Are you sure that you sent me the right version of the template last week? I received “themeforest-12482898-bellevue-hotel-bed-breakfast-booking-theme-1 3” and after installing it, I can only find the basic version of Wpbookingsystem.
Hello, you don’t need to buy the product off the website, I only sent you the link to show you that it’s the premium version. The pro version is included with the theme and is installed during the activation / installation process. You can also find the plugin zip under the theme plugin folder wp-content/themes/bellevue/plugins/ – It’s the full pro version. What makes you think that it is not? When you say basic version of wp booking system what do you mean?

The reasons why I think it’s not the full pro version are: 1) there’s only one calendar (no choice) 2) only one form (again, no choice) and 3) it’s not possible to link up with a payment system.
That’s interest. So you can’t add a new calendar? You should be able to add unlimited calendars and unlimited forms. If you can’t add a new calendar please create a private ticket to send us access. I have spent hours configuring my Home page and it’s nearly completed. When I went into the dashboard just now to make another change, the page on the dashboard is empty – AAAGGGHHHHH. I’ve tried coming out of Wordpress and going back in but it’s still the same. The page is as I left it but there is no evidence of the ‘code’ that has been used to create that in the back end.

Pre-Sales question. We run a lodge in the rainforest.,To get to the lodge requires a boat ride, so we only offer trips starting or ending on certain days, but the rooms could be taken any time as long as there is a boat coming or going. Is there a way to manage that in the booking system? (to layer rooms and arrival departure dates allowed) Thank you

Sorry, but I think you missed the question. For example, I have a boat going to the lodge on March 20, March 24, and March 27. So those are the only days you can leave or travel to the lodge. You could have a trip from March 20-27, or March 24-27, or March 20-24, but those are the only options because that is the only time a boat can take you to or from the lodge. Is that possible to manage?
Right, I understand. Those are pretty specific rules. I’m not sure if the bundled system would do that but the theme works with other systems that have an expanded rules base. I know that checkfront and schedulicity also have a larger rule set.
With the bundled WP Booking System you can redefine dates that are unavailable and also set the minimum days to book. So let’s say that you wanted to allow a booking only starting March 20 through the 24th, you can set the dates outside of that period as unavailable and then set minimum days to 3 (arrive on March 20 , depart on the 24).
Would that work?
