The form email is not being sent, i’m presuming it’s automatically sending to the site admin e-mail or am i missing setting where i set the recipients e-mail?

The Color Scheme issue has been fixed in the latest theme release: http://prntscr.com/en082m. The skin.php file located in wp-content/themes/jacqueline/skins/less directory has been updated. Feel free to make the backup of your current skin.php file and upload the new skin.php file from theme version 1.2.1, then go to Fonts and Colors section and click ‘Save’. If the issue still persists, please submit the support ticket, clicking ‘Get Support’ banner on the item page to get some professional help from our support team.

top-panel mobile version disappears – I tried .header_mobile .top_panel_fixed_wrap { display: block; } and other changes under Header mobile – but no change to see top-panel under mobile versions…how can I change it? Top-panel should be to see…It is to see for one second or less – and then disappears. It looks like a error for users.

Please check permissions for the less folder and the files inside. Try settings permissions to 777 for the less folder and 666 for files inside it.

@MD-MUC, yes a little trouble uploading the zip file in WP Themes option. It was much easier installing through cPanel. Upload the zip file, then extract the zip file.

I don’t know the specific terminology, suffice it to say it wouldn’t load from the WP Dashboard through Theme’s option to add Jacqueline Spa. It was uploaded via the cPanel which is why I suppose you request out hosting credentials. Using cPanel served to be a much easier way to upload the theme.
Also, I haven’t been able to access the PSD files yet. Is there a direct link for access these files?

I am trying to edit the top bar, social section to add links.
However any changes I make to ‘top-panel-top.php’ do not show up on site.

If you need the top bar with the social links to display on other pages, there is no need to make any changes to the file. You should go to Pages – select the Page – Theme Options – Header and choose Regular or Regular Ecommerce Top Panel Style which has the top bar in their design by default http://prntscr.com/ejrhkk

Hi there. Whenever I install the plugins I get a http 500 error. I’ve contacted the hosting service provider and they said I should contact the developer. I’ve reinstalled wordpress and the theme twice and this problem still persists.

Greetings~ Specifically, I am unable to upload the theme to word press in order to use it. I’ve downloaded only the theme.zip and have attempted on numerous occasions but am unable to get it loaded in order to use it. Also, my 6 mos. support expired on the 1st of March and unless I pay $42 I am not eligible to use the ‘Get Support’ option.

Please make sure this is not a Wordpress.com account but the Wordpress engine downloaded and installed from Wordpress.org. Our themes are not compatible with Wordpress.com, they are for Wordpress.org Wordpress engines. Please feel free to prolong your support to get help from our professional support team on this matter. Hi thank you for the prompt reply. I noticed that there was an update in the theme. Great! I’ve attempted to upload the files via the cPanel. While I can see the files in cPanel in the themes’ folder, I can’t see them as an option under themes on the wp-admin Dashboard so that I can activate it.
This is despite the fact that I used cPanel to load another theme I purchased on Envata which uploaded and can see in the wp-admin/Dashboard to activate with no problems.
Lastly, does the upgrade contain the PSD files or can I obtain them easily? If so, please advise.

Please disregard the request for assistance in uploading. I figured out that it was being uploaded to an old folder and is in the right, new folder and is accessible from the dashboard to activate. Yeah!!! 
However, I would still like access to the PSD files when possible. Best always~

Purchasing the plugins licences is optional and not needed if they came bundled with a theme.
Since Visual composer and Revolution Slider plugins are a part of the theme, the new versions of them are included into each theme with every new theme update.
