If you are asking for the WordPress version of NativeChurch then it is different product and been regularly updated since then.
To open a ticket you need not enter purchase code, just login with your Envato account and it will pick your purchases. Also you will be able to open a ticket only if you have an active support.

Sorry for my bad English, I am not a native speaker.
I am interested in this HTML version, not for a church but for a company. I have some pre-sales questions to be sure I get the right theme from the forrest of templates 
(and I will be making more than 1 end product because the company is active in different European countries with stand alone versions of sites).
First let me start by saying that I love the design!
1) I will be building a website that looks like “Home version 3”
Just to be sure: is this version 3 supplied in the package so I can quick start by editing this pre-made design?
And is the mega menu also pre-implemented in this version so I can quick start by editing an existing menu?
2) I want to use Header style 2 on Home version 3. Just to be sure: I’ll need more height (and width) for the logo. I would guess this won’t be a problem, but I have to be sure…
3) In Home version 3 there are 3 images with a banner on it (Our Pastors/New Here/Sermons Archive). If you hover on the image the banner moves and the message “read more” shows. Just to be sure: can I adjust/translate this “read more” message.
4) I understand that the mega menu can contain images in the pull down. For interaction design purposes, do you know if it is possible to use a small image (like a little Dutch flag) as one of the top level menu items? So instead of the top level option “CAUSES” there would be a small image of a flag? Or would that cause a problem on the mobile version (because on a desktop the video preview of the “Today’s Prayer” is shown in the submenu, but on mobile it isn’t).

Thank you for your interest in the NativeChurch HTML Template. If you will be creating more than 1 end product using the template then you must get a standard license for every single live website. If you create a single product which you will sell as is to more than 1 customer of yours then you can get 1 extended license of the template.
1. Yes, Homepage style 3 and megamenu is built in the template package which you can use to create website.
2. Yes, you can simply replace the header HTML with the header style 3 template’s HTML
3. Yes, any text you see in the demo can be replaced in the HTML of the templates.
4. Any type of HTML including image can be placed in the megamenu as you require.
