Hello, I notice there is a “shop” and “single product” page, but no shopping cart or checkout pages. Is there a plan to add these? I would purchase this if those pages were included. Thanks in advance

Hi there

As this is a HTML template that’s why we have not included the cart/checkout pages because of their non working format. As of now we have no plans to add those pages in the template.

Thanks

Hi,

I have bought NativeChurch – Responsive HTML5 Template already. However, I can’t find any index/header page with boxed style. Where is it?

Thanks

M

I am looking to add a background to my “boxed” theme page. How do I go about that? tried a few things and it does not seem to work. Does it not work in conjunction with the “boxed” theme?

Hi there

You can use custom css for this:

body{background-image:url(../images/YOUR IMAGE NAME); background-repeat:no-repeat; background-size:cover; }

Hi there

Can you please make sure you are asking for the NativeChurch HTML template?

Thanks

Hi there

Yes im asking about the NativeChurch template. This is our website (http://hendersoncatholic.org.nz/) since i cannot show past Events. i set the start date and end date to 31 Dec. 2018. Can you help me on this to show all past events same as your demo. Thanks

Seems like you are using NativeChurch WP Theme. For assistance on this please open a support ticket here: https://support.imithemes.com/help/ticket/new

Thanks

Dear sir, Sorry for my bad English, I am not a native speaker. I am interested in this HTML version, not for a church but for a company. I have some pre-sales questions to be sure I get the right theme from the forrest of templates 8-) (and I will be making more than 1 end product because the company is active in different European countries with stand alone versions of sites).

First let me start by saying that I love the design!

1) I will be building a website that looks like “Home version 3” Just to be sure: is this version 3 supplied in the package so I can quick start by editing this pre-made design? 8-) And is the mega menu also pre-implemented in this version so I can quick start by editing an existing menu?

2) I want to use Header style 2 on Home version 3. Just to be sure: I’ll need more height (and width) for the logo. I would guess this won’t be a problem, but I have to be sure…

3) In Home version 3 there are 3 images with a banner on it (Our Pastors/New Here/Sermons Archive). If you hover on the image the banner moves and the message “read more” shows. Just to be sure: can I adjust/translate this “read more” message.

4) I understand that the mega menu can contain images in the pull down. For interaction design purposes, do you know if it is possible to use a small image (like a little Dutch flag) as one of the top level menu items? So instead of the top level option “CAUSES” there would be a small image of a flag? Or would that cause a problem on the mobile version (because on a desktop the video preview of the “Today’s Prayer” is shown in the submenu, but on mobile it isn’t).

Regards, Eric

Hi there

Thank you for your interest in the NativeChurch HTML Template. If you will be creating more than 1 end product using the template then you must get a standard license for every single live website. If you create a single product which you will sell as is to more than 1 customer of yours then you can get 1 extended license of the template.

1. Yes, Homepage style 3 and megamenu is built in the template package which you can use to create website.

2. Yes, you can simply replace the header HTML with the header style 3 template’s HTML

3. Yes, any text you see in the demo can be replaced in the HTML of the templates.

4. Any type of HTML including image can be placed in the megamenu as you require.

Thanks

Thanks for your answers. Regards, Eric Kraan

I’ve lost my emails with my Envato theme Purchase Code, and my dash board is not showing me my past support tickets. I want to make another purchase but I have a pre-sales question before I jump in. How do I get my Native Church theme purchase emails re-sent to me? Where/how is the best to ask a pre-sales question?

Thank you for your assistance,

Hi there

By purchase emails you mean your download product email which is sent when you make a purchase from Envato Market? If so, then contacting Envato support should be contacted here by open a support ticket here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

For pre sales question you can email me at envato[at]imithemes.com

Thanks

If I try to open a ticket on support.imithemes.com, and log in with my Envato account (on which I bought the theme), I get an error =>

Error – 400 – rest_invalid_param Invalid parameter(s): status

So I posted my issue on the NativeChurch HTML forum instead: Issue with revolution slider

Hi there

Can you please try again now?

Thanks

Now It works, a ticket is added!

Hello,

Can you add language switcher drop-down? to give the user the ability to change the language.

Regards,

Hi there

Can you please make sure if you are asking this for the NativeChurch HTML Template and not for the WP theme?

Thanks

Yes, I confirm that I am asking about the HTML version.

For HTML templates you can use Google Translator https://translate.google.com/manager/website/?hl=yi
