The Indeed Integration author is not responsive. I purchased the add-on a couple days ago and the key does not save correctly, so the product is unusable.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well again.

If you would like we can look over your website and the integration of the plugin and try to point you in the right direction. Submit a support ticket and we will be happy to also have a look! Kind regards,

Fernando

Have these guys had a lot of customisation done to their site using your theme? It looks so different to the demo. Can you clarify?

TY

Hi there,

The website is actually using our Listify theme. Although it uses a different theme, the website itself has been heavily customized by the website owner.

If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Kind regards,

Fernando

there is a major security issue in this theme it expose all pages images link products to employer and candidate, to check this 1. make account 2. sign in 3. go to your dashboard edit resume/job post browse to your resume or job description area (wp- editor) click on link button. 4 in open pop up window click on gear icon 5. here you can browse all the pages and get links to resume and products

this issue is with wp-editor. this needs to be fixed in all themes using wp-editor on frontend side. screenshot of issue: from jobify/listify demo page

I have alerted wp.jobmanager support but no fix yet

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today!

As you mentioned this is an issue with WP Job Manager. Their team is aware of the issue. There is not much we can do since it is handled by the plugin, not the theme.

As mentioned the issue is being tracked here: https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues/920

There is a workaround already in the works: https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/pull/922

Hope this helps. I do apologize any inconvenience.

Cheers! Fernando

WooCommerce Subscription packages don’t seem to be working with the latest version of WooCommerce, WP Job Manager etc. IDK if this is a theme issue or an issue outside of the theme.

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today!

Make sure you are running the most up to date versions of the theme and plugins. This will guarantee everything is compatible with one another.

Cheers! Fernando

Also, other than the Theme Forest discussion page, do you have an official how to page?

I’ve located the Astoundify FAQ page, so disregard last, though I am still wondering how the Indeed integration works. Most job board themes I have researched flat out say how much their additional plugins cost with respect to indeed integration. Yours is a little vague. It’s stated that Jobify “supports” both the WP Job plugin – There is a separate icon for Indeed integration supports as well. Also, I am looking at building a few sites. Do you have a developers price or wound it cost $70 each site? Kindly clarify.

Hi again,

We do apologize for any confusion.

Jobify supports WP Job Manager and it’s add-ons. You can integrate them but each are sold separately. Sorry for the mixup.

Regarding our theme, you will be able to use it on multiple installs with your single purchase. You are not restricted to one website.

If you need further assistance, please contact us through support!

Hi, is there a way to upload the Indeed feed without paying an additional fee for the WP plugin? On the Envanto page before purchasing Jobify made it seem as if this was possible. I purchased Jobify for this reason.

Hello there,

Thank you for your question today!

It is possible but you will need to use the Indeed Integration Add-on. You can list jobs yourself, but to integrate Indeed, you need the add-on.

Hope this answers your question!

Kind regards,

Fernando

Do you advise on the Indeed Plugin as well? I bought it, but the key code does not save.

You can follow the article here to have it set up: Indeed Integration. If you need further assistance, please contact us through support! You can also contact the plugin developer.

Cheers! Fernando

Hey I want to know if is it possible to personalize the company profile page ? https://iletaitunjob.fr/entreprise/Ads%20On%20Board/

I would like add pictures of the office, the work team etc… Could u help me ?

Thanks best regards

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out!

Unfortunately, this would require modifications to be done to your website. As there is no built-in feature to add a gallery to the Company page or more.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom work right now or provide consulting on how to customize your theme. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP CurveEnvato Studio or Codeable if you need help customizing your website.

Hi, is it safe to update Woocommerce ?

Is it possible to create multiple CV for one user and user can choose which CV to send to employed when he press button Apply Job?

Hello there!

Hope you are doing well today!

Yes, the Resume Manager add-on will allow users to create multiple resumes. The add-on will also allow users to submit a resume of their choice when applying for a job.

Hope this answers your question! :)

Kind regards,

Fernando

This is great thanks :)

Hello ,

Before buying I have a few questions: Can applicants to work can not unlogged users? Does the user’s job report go directly to the company? Can registrations be approved by the administrator? Can I change the look / bookmarks of the logged-on user panel?

Regards.

Hello!

Hope you are doing well today!

Question: Can applicants to work can not unlogged users?

Answer: Using the Resume Manager plugin you can force candidates to create a resume before applying on your website.

Question: Does the user’s job report go directly to the company?

Answer: Yes, by default it is emailed to the employer.

Question: Can registrations be approved by the administrator?

Answer: Resume and Job submissions can be moderated by the admin. As for regular registration, you can use a 3rd-party plugin like this: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/new-user-approve/

Question: Can I change the look / bookmarks of the logged-on user panel?

Answer: It would require custom styling to modify the theme.

If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Kind regards,

Fernando

When a user enters a City, State, Country into their post… shouldn’t it auto-detect and populate the post with Latitude & Longitude? Or does the user have to know and enter this info themselves. Or is there a plugin that complements this theme and WP Job Manager so that user doesn’t have to go through trouble of finding the L&L themselves?

Hello there Paul,

Hope you are doing well!

The Location field would be the field a user will need to fill out to enter the location of a job. There is no built in auto-detect or auto-complete feature using the WP Job Manager and a user would need to enter the Address themselves.

Currently, you can use the Extended Location plugins to use a map marker on a interactive map to generate a location. See example

If you have any further questions, let us know through support!

Kind regards,

Fernando

Hi Fernando, I am filtering jobs on menu like this: http://mywebsite.com/jobs/?search_region=42 But since the last update the filtering no longer works. I now get other regions showing up also. Any ideas what the proper link now is? Is this a wp-manager question? Thanks

Note, I want to still show the map in case you’re wondering why I’m not doing it like your demo.

Hi there,

By default, if you are filtering by regions, the URL is generated by the Regions plugin. As long as there is an existing region it will filter it. Just like in our demo with the default URL of https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/job-region/san-francisco/

If you need additional support please submit a new support ticket.

Hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

Fernando

I have tried to submit a ticket and I can’t in the support system. I also see 0 tickets in my dashboard. is there any issue with the support portal?

I would like to hide the author logo /name and written by and everything in the blog. Can you please let me know how can I do it?

Hello There!

We are looking into this. Old tickets are currently not being displayed for some reason but we are looking into this.

Although you may not see your tickets, we are receiving them!

Cheers! Fernando

Hi, is this theme included the “Job Alert” feature which is to send email for job matches to candidates ? If not, is there any plug in I can use for this ? Thanks.

Hello there!

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for your question!

In order to add a “Job Alerts” alerts feature, you will need the Job Alerts plugin. Allowing candidates to get notified when a new job is posted that matche’s their saved criteria.

If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Kind regards,

Fernando

Hello, I have jobify running my jobsite. My developer bought the theme and built the site but has disappeared. It is currently on Version: 13.1.1. What should I do regarding updating? I cannot get hold of my developer. Must I buy Jobify again?

Please advise

You will need to. Unless if you have access to your current install We can assist you with it any support questions you may have. Also this will allow you to get future theme updates.

Cheers! Fernando

Thanks Fernando! Will see what I can do.

An additional question, is there a way Jobify could work with ThriveCart for purchasing job packages?

Unfortunately, Jobify and the Paid Listings plugin will work only with WooCommerce.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

Hi Guys!

THanks for the great theme!

It looks fantastic, though i have an issue what couldn’t google out. After turning on the latest version of WP Job Manager, i got an error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxx/xxx/wp/wp-content/themes/jobify/inc/integrations/class-integration.php on line 107

If i turn it off, the message disappears, but leaving the resume and job pages not working.

I tried to reinstall both the plugin and the theme as well without any success.

Can u please help me out?

Thanks,

robert

Hello there!

Hope you are doing well today Robert.

It looks like there may be a 3rd-party conflicting with the theme and customizer settings. Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and leave only WP Job Manager and the Resume add-on on to see if the error still occurs.

Should you require any further assistance, please contact us through support.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

I need to create a website that is a combination of members directory (psychologists), a job board (for psychologists) and a blog (where posts are by all members). The member profiles have to be integrated with the resumes posted, which means some fields like Name, Social Profiles, Address, educational qualifications… that are common in resume and the profile to be shared between the two.

This way if a user edits there profile fields, the change should be reflected in their resume and if a user edits their resume, the change should be reflected in their profile.

This is because most (though not all) of the fields between the resume and the profile are going to be same.

Would this be possible with the jobify these? Also if I need to use another plugin with this theme to accomplish the objective, kindly recommend the same as well.

Hello there,

Hope you are doing well.

You can create a Job Board for Psychologists. You can allow users to submit their resumes using the Resume Manager plugin. Blogs can also be submitted by users using a plugin.

Regarding Members directory, it may be possible with a 3rd-party plugin but there is no feature to integrate it with WP Job Manager or the Resume plugin. Each are their own separate feature and can’t have the content of one shared with the other out of the both.

Hope this answers your questions today!

If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Kind regards,

Fernando

Hi, I need to know if this theme will work for me, can you help me?

I need a theme that the candidate only will apply to a job after purchase a membership plan. Before that, the candidate (visitor) will only see the job, but not be able to apply.

I don’t need a employer area because just me will post jobs.

I can have this function in this theme?

Beste regards..

Hello there!

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay.

You will need to have both the Resume Manager plugin and Paid Listings plugin. Allowing you to charge candidates to submit resumes and apply for jobs.

The Resume Manager plugin has a feature that forces them to register as candidates and only once they purchase a Resume package they can apply to jobs.

You can remove the front-end employer area should you wish.

If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Kind regards,

Fernando

I just purchased Jobify and uploaded to my site. Once uploaded, the theme is called Listify. I purchased Jobify with impression it is different from the Listify Theme which I already owned. Are these interchangeable? Because if so, I only need one of the themes, not both.

Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out! I do apologize for the delay in our response.

Jobify and Listify and two seperate themes. If you uploaded the actual Jobify file, it will be labled as Jobify not Listify. Try downloading your Jobify download once more from ThemeForrest and re-upload it. It should be the correct theme.

If for some reason you are still experiencing issues, please submit a support ticket and we will be happy to have a closer look at this for you!

Cheers! Fernando

Thank you so much! I downloaded the Wordpress Only files and voila! it worked :) Love love love your themes!

Awesome! Glad to hear you love our themes! :)
