Hi, google map not working now.. Why is that? And also theme option is blank.. Nothing on it. I cant find the google map api key too in theme option..

Theme version is already 1.5, and still didnt worked. I just used for now google map embed to make it show up..

couple issue 1. i have a multi language website and in my header there is a language selector how I am able to add my secondary language to that menu in header !!! Using WPML
2. in theme option the footer style have no option its show X X X X and also how I am able to remove the footer office location section and custom item to footer
3. how I am able to make the login / register work correctly its do nothing It most be link to a registration / login of WordPress…

1. for language switcher you should open the inc/header-x.php and add this function in place of the language code and then modify it using css

1.i am talking about the language selector you defined in header Style number 3 and number 4 have a language selector already !!!! how I am able to add secondary language to them.

I do have a feeling that the Janxcode is deliberately, not telling people what need to be done, in documentation and on comments here so that they will have to raise a ticket. Raising a ticket is not an issue but you will then not respond.
I have similar issue like many other people… rather than give an explicit instruction so we know what to do, you give half information and then instruction to raise a ticket. We are not all that dumb we can’t figure it out if you tell us what need to be done.
Revolutionary slider is not working. You have posted where to download the files and refused to tell how to install the additional files or where to upload them. At least two people have asked, you simply say raise a ticket.
It does seem you deliberately left this files out of the installation so we can come back to you!!!! this is a terrible. practice.
hi, thanks for your comment and i really do appreciate that. but dear let me explain. I understand that some comments are quite simple and some of them require more Concentration. To avoid any delays or missing to reply any of these we have made our support portal that on daily basis our team follow up and reply to all of these requests all from one place. Another thing its related to the privacy of each ticket.
Regarding the files, to make it easier for our customers to get the new home designs and sliders, we have made it this way so you can update your theme without need of downloading the whole theme files. you just need to download the new home txt file and revolution exported files. We will include these demo files to our next theme release

Thanks for your interests, yes you can edit the exchange rate but for currency table its reading from an APIs service that gives updated rates. you can customize that to meet your needs but it will require a few knowledge in the code. and for the table the same thing
Hello, I have sent some tickets on the support but up till now, I haven’t got respond. When you respond its 3 days and now again almost a week no response.. Your theme has a lot of issue needs to be fix,
like the send button which is set to the contact form but when clicked it pops up a login or signup? The tag box button not showing, testimonials not showing, send money form is wrong, only accepts email even the field says name, and no option to edit to look where the email comes from. Google plus link is wrong and cant be open in new window.—-Which I fixed btw.

Our team have respond clearly that video issue is not becuase of theme and u need to adjust that from the hosting setting as i have shared from revolution slider site, however we were trying to find another solution for you regarding the same,,,,and for browser issue its been fixed and applied
what about the rates…
These are just new tickets our team will look into that and will respond to it based on queue… Our team try their best to respond to each ticket not to exceed 24 hours…. And some tickets take more becuase of the complex requirements which needs more customization in our code for next release as an option

Thanks for your interests, here are the answers: 1. This a shortcode that coded to pull data from online source that provides exchange rates. if you have the right api you can use it for that purpose
2. it can be used but that need little code tweek, you can replace newsletter subscription code that comes with the theme in that place where send now shows….it will work
