Hello we cannot import sample data due to file error for 3 days My delveloper contacted your company but still we cannot import sample data What’s going on ?

We are using Extended Licenses for Visual Composer and Rev Slider that are bundled within inVogue, so there’s no need to update it form your side. We’ll make sure that all plugins gets updated to the latest version with every big theme update that gets pushed out. You can then simply update your theme and both plugins will also be updated.

How can you adjust with a height of Banner Launchpads? I’d like to set as 300 or longer than what it is now (200 height)

Hi Quiz

You will have to add some custom CSS to the Custom CSS section which is located under the inVogue settings > General Settings.

CSS to add:

.htheme_launch_item{ height:300px; }

This should allow you to increase the height of the Banner Launchpads.

TEXT EDITOR -> Working with bugs, visual mode disappears, SAVE is disabled sometimes.

I’d like to use a sidebar on a single product page. I’m not really sure why it’s not possible. Can’t find any setting which will make that possible. Please advise :-)

The sidebar is not added to the single product page with inVogue and there is not a setting for this, we opted for this design so as to showcase the product itself and not detract from it. The sidebar would only be displayed on the shop and product categories pages.

Hi, since some update of your theme i got very bad bugs, for example the sticky menu that dont take into account the height of the logo in “invogue settings” it take the normal logo height.

Also woocommerce translation dont apply on cart and checkout page, usually this bug come from templates integrated into the theme.

It looks like the issue might be being caused by the custom changes made to the menu layout as its not using the default intended display.

Hi there, After updating to the latest version of the Theme from Themeforest.com (version 1.20.16) my settingspage is completly empty and the frontend is all scrambled up.. According to your changelog there has to be a version 1.20.17 available.. I can’t find this anywhere.

The latest version of the theme requires you to update WooCommerce as well.

1.20.16 is sufficient and is the latest version on ThemeForest. 1.20.17 is available as theme update via your WP Backend. Updates can automatically be picked up by WordPress and in this case you will be able to run the theme update directly from the ‘Themes’ page within the WordPress admin area. http://heroplugins.com/product/invogue-theme/documentation/?section=knowledge_base&article=Update-the-theme

1.20.17 will also be available as download from ThemeForest sometime tomorrow.

Error update woocommerce 3.0 , single product quantity css error

The WooCommerce 3 update was a very big update from WooThemes and all themes also needed to be updated, so please make sure that you also update inVogue to the latest version.

I’m having an issue on the cart page, with there being a large gap between the ‘CART’ wording and below with all the products, not sure why this is but I want it to be right underneath. I have updated to latest versions of wordpress/woocommerce. I’m wondering whether this is why.

Unfortunately there aren’t any alternative design options for the search page included with the theme. It would require to either add in some custom CSS to alter the layout or edit the template to create the layout you need.

Hi there, i have a small issue with your theme :

I use managewp.com to manage all my client website, issue is that on all the wordpress installation i manage with it, your theme seems to be the only one that i cant update trough managewp.com

Indeed everytime i try, i get an error and the website turn into a 500 error. After that i need to manually reinstall the theme by FTP.

I’m not sure, but i’m almost certain that managewp.com send request to WordPress that then use the normal update process. So it’s more that InVogue dont work well with WordPress normal update, or Envato API. ManageWP here is just the middle men here i think.

But if you have different insight i will be happy to know.

Hello Heroplugins, I would like to know If I can setup two types of products. One with units (simple, where you can order the amount of units you want: value per unit * units needed) and other with weight (where you can order the weight you want for each product, and the shopping cart does the math, (value per Kg * weight needed ). Does your model supports this functionality and both types? Thank you

The theme makes use of WooCommerce for running the store functionality which does by default allow for the sale of products by quantity so you’d be able to add multiple items of a product to your cart. Unfortunately though it does not cater for basing a purchase on weight so this functionality is not included by the theme and I believe it would be necessary to use another 3rd party plugin to provide this functionality.
