There is no way I can install that because I cannot enter the website in any way. That error comes as soon as I get into the website admin page!!! Please help me or I will have lost 1 month of work on this website that was quite difficult to work on. You need to fix this from your back office. I can do nothing to fix this.
You better help me with this or getting my money back, cause if I won’t be able to fix it I will need to buy another theme and loose more time to build another website

Hello, I have bought your theme and it is working really well. Although apart from the logo. When I open my website in the Google Chrome Browser the logo is not loading. In Safari browser the logo is just there. Please help me outa here! How can i fix this?

I have a few presale questions.
1) Has the demo been updated with the 3.0 update?
2) I’d want to use the same header in the Single Demo but without the reflection effect and just a solid black background. Is that possible?
3) A few months back I asked if there was the possibility of YouTube tracks being playable with your fullwidth audio player and album pages and you had said it was something being planned for future updates. Just checking to see if that has been implemented yet and if not if there are still plans to do so.
Also does the current fullwidth player and album pages support playback of SoundCloud tracks? Looking at the YouTube tutorial you have it seemed like the only audio the player supported mp3 uploads.
Please keep me posted as I am leaning toward purchasing this theme but need more clarity on the questions above. Thanks!

Hello, Video Audio controls for full screen video over laping on mobile devices and you cannot control the on off for audio. I need to move the buttons up and to the right. it’s somewhat of a problem on pc screens too. Please Help.

Okay, is there a way to make the top right menu icon bigger?
One more thing, Is there a way to have a down arrow on the full screen image so people know to click to the see more?
Yes we can make it bigger. Open a ticket support here and provide us your dashboard credentials. About that arrow we’ll make an update this month.
I am trying to make the menu icon a little bit bigger still. Unfortunately, modifying the code in the child theme master.css or style.css using !important is doing nothing. Not sure how this is supposed to be done.
Let me know how to make this change please, I don’t need you to do it, I want to be able to make these little adjustments.
