Clicking on WooCommerce product images now just opens them as an image from the media library in the browser, which looks ugly and requires navigation back to the main site. Is there a way to get WC images to open in Lightbox as they used to before the WC 3.0 update in TheFox?
I’m running the latest version of the theme and have cleared all cache’s etc.

We noticed that WooCommerce removed their default lightbox option, so the user don’t have this choice anymore.
We have a new update planned for this week, we will add the lightbox to the woocommerce single product page.

We checked the forum but we couldn’t find your ticket, the only we could found is about the Header icons.
If you have updated the theme make sure to clear the server and browser cache, this should fix the problem.
If not try to disable the custom plugins you are using.

Hi, When will the support forum be back up? I’ve purchased the theme and noticed there’s no front-end editor. Is that an add-on I would need to purchase for the Visual Composer plug-in?

The support should be working now, about the frontend editor we disabled it because we are not using the default Visual composer bootstrap but you can reactivate it if needed.

The first error is because your server php version is under 5.3, please update to 5.3 or higher.
The second error is because you are using an old version of the theme with the new visual composer version or the other way around, make sure both theme and plugin are updated.

hello. I have your template on two sites and one doesn’t work anymore. I’m getting HTTP Error 500 when I try to access admin tool on fresh install. Hosting company says it’s the theme (thefox) and I have to try another theme to make it work. Any thoughts?

The problem is probably the server settings, you can check the settings required in this article.
If it was working before but not working anymore then the problem is maybe that you updated WordPress without updating the theme and plugins or the other way around.

I’m a noob and looking to get started on my own website. I purchased a domain last year and will probably change it once it expires in a couple of months. My question is will I still have full access for this theme if I change domain names as the license is for one domain only?

If you use the theme on only 1 domain at once then yes, 1 license would be enough. But if you use the theme on both domain you would need 2 license.
