I’m having some problems with translations. I’m not able to translate the error messages in the login process. The rest of the woocommerce, gecko theme and wordpress core work fine with Loco Translate and WPML. It seems like the strings are translated but they are not displayed correctly.

1. You can enable this feature on JanStudio > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Listing Setting > Product Flip Thumbnail
2. When create new product or edit product you need upload image for gallery.

The images I just used are different, maybe it’s a problem with the hover style product…(use 2 hovers)

Yes, I have that enable, but for whatever reason, it isn’t working. When I look at the Shop page in the editor, it’s blank. Do I need to add WC short code to make it work? I’m not sure why, but I’ve always had problems getting the Shop page to actually show up.

1- First of all, I would like to know whats the code for making more space between the Header Image Logo and the Left and Right menu. Im using the second header of JanStudio in which the logo its in the center and both menus are on each side and i feel that the distance between logo-menu its too short, I would like to “center” the menus ( same distance)
2- I also would like to know if its posible to change the logo image on the header when you scroll down. What I mean is the possibility of having another image in the scrolling header.

A quick question, I found that there was too much white space under the logo so I checked other posts and this solved the problem: .header-2 .jas-branding { padding: 0px 0; }
But when I scroll down the header goes back to “predetermined” size. Is it possible to use the same command for when scrolling? So the header keeps the padding I selected.

I have embedded the WooCommerce plugin inside the theme and today i got prompt to update the plugin. It goes something like this;
“There is a new version of WooCommerce available. View version 3.0.0 details or update now. 3.0 is a major update. It is important that you make backups and ensure themes and extensions are 3.0 compatible before upgrading.”
The problem is i don’t have a full access on the beck end because this web is my freelance and they have limited my access once the jobs is completed.
I need to know whether this is compulsory update or i can just ignore it..and i’m not sure whether Gecko is one of the themes that supports the latest WooCommerce update.

When I press the button it appears the loading animation next to the button text and still there with no changes apparently, even though if I refresh the page, the product in question appears in the cart. Dear all, we´ve just received an update of the Gecko Theme. As you said, you wanted to fix the mouse hover issue for variable products, but as far as we can see, we are still having the problem. Again, when we set up different attributes and implement a picture there, we can´t hover over that picture because when we do so it will show the set image picture. Can you please help again

Hello, hopefully you can help me but it seems after spending 5 minutes with your theme, there are already many problems. Keep in mind I haven’t even explored the whole theme yet.
- I just bought the theme and installed it. After installation there was an “Update available” link on the gecko screenshot. After I updated theme, it installed a weird theme I never seen before. I had to uninstall and download again from themeforrest. It looked really suspicious. It was a theme called “Cembele theme”.
- Images don’t load after importing sample data. Everything is just blank.
- When I upload my own image to the product gallery, I get 2 thumbnails on the product page
- When I click on the second image, then go back to the 1st, the image preview is blank.
- When I click on the main image to open lightbox, it says the ‘image cannot load please check image path’.
- Why is there 2 items when I added 1 to the product category?
- Image zoom makes the product image disappear after mouse focus.
- Uploading an image that’s 50kb’s takes a really really long time.
- Why is the theme so slow? It’s abnormally slow. (It’s not my hosting problem, I host many other sites)
