The latest WooCommerce update broke the site. If you remove the WooCommerce Widgets from the front page the site works fine, if you try to list products a Fatal Error is given.

Thanks, the weird thing is another theme works just fine and it’s only this theme that’s having the problem.Your support is excellent while under the support contract, so this is not a negative response. But I think the money would be better spent at this time for me to purchase another theme.

Can i put an image as a background?? if so, what is the image size i should be using? Here is an example : http://www.gamestop.com/collection/project-scorpio

Yes, you can set the image as a background from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Background.

The size of image size minimum 1140px width.

Sorry to say that you can not hide the feature image only from the single post page. There is no option in the theme to do that.

Is it possible somehow to pop-up sub-submenu items on the side when hovered using wide menu type? This way they just list below parent submenu item, with small space on the left and nothing more.

Hi, I was purchased a Porto WordPress theme last week from envato market. And I also install it in my hosting account. Yesterday I faced a problem in Porto theme. It was I can’t access in themes attributes. Then I Uninstall my wordpress from hosting account and after that install Wordpress and porto theme install again. But Porto theme shoes error message and not rcv my purchases code. Please help me on this. Thanks, Ismail

Thanks for the update. But I have a small problem:

It is almost impossible to delete items from the Cart. Only after clicking 6 or more times on the blue cross it will maybe remove from the cart.

After 3.4.x (now on 3.5.5) updates Checkout page is not possible to get fully translated. Most of it is in my langiage, some places it will only show english text. I have also updated Woocommerce (3.0.3).

Hello. We observed that on iPhone 6 (iOS 10.2) – there seems to be some sort of font rendering issue (too all browser on iPhone – not just Safari). This issue has not occurred on Porto 3.5.1 but only on 3.5.2 and 3.5.4. By default, the 3.5.2 and 3.5.4 has no font issues, until we removed “Menu Ads” from Menus option or Block. It’s like the font reverted to another font type. “Compile Default CSS” does not work anymore for 3.5.2 and 3.5.4 but still helps to fix the issue on 3.5.1. On Android phone and Desktop browser, no such font issue. This was observed on https only setting. The font has issue when https fully secured pages, but displays correctly on pages where https are not fully secured.

I updated theme to 3.5.5 and woocommerce 3.03. but when i try to add some attribute i have an error in java consolle: “Error: Option ‘ajax’ is not allowed for Select2 when attached to a <select> element.” referred to wp-content/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/woocomposer/admin/js/ultimate-woocomposer-backend.min.js and it’s impossibile to add an attribute and publish product. Please go to Ultimate >> Modules >> Turn Off the Woocomposer Module then check your attributes. This issue is related with the Ulitmate addons plugin not with the theme.

I updated theme to 3.5.5 but single product page is blank. even after setting default css and saving. I just rolled back to 3.5.1 and going to wait for smoke to clear.

Porto just has to many problems after update. everyone is wrecking their e commerce site with these unstable updates. I’m going to give this 2 weeks and see what happens. If no improvement and complaints clear in these comments I will be looking for another theme developer.

After the theme update please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

I think you are using the old version of PHP on your site. Please upgrade the PHP version to 5.6 or greater because now woocommerce minimum requirement is PHP 5.6 version.
