Toda vez que vou editar a página HOME01, ela perde os LINKS das imagens dos logotipos e Não funciona! É necessário colocar os links tudo de novo! As vezes nem mexo nas imagens, apenas edito um texto e quando salvo ele perde os links. SAMMY W.

is the error I seem to get when i try to view the page , with the fullscreen slider image, and add content to the visual composer
I essentially am looking to have this on my homepage… the Massive Fullscreen width image, and the three image overlayed on top, visable as you scroll down, and then of course have additional content..

what do i need to purchase to make my visual composer work again? Great.. I can now add elements, however when i add an “single image” and select an image to add.. it does nothing again, and does not show the image….
I have already removed and reinstalled the plugin, that has not made any differences. Please advise.

OK, so yeah.. the ver you were providing is 4.3.xx and does not update.. i needed 4.11.2 I now have 5.0.1 installed and it is working….. sorta. I am adding thinks to the homepage and saving them yet the live homepage is still just showing a single image fullscreen and not scrolling to show additional content.

About Visual Composer updates/version: it seems that you are using an old version of the theme and/or that you have not updated the bundled plugins accordingly.
If you go here https://themeforest.net/item/samba-colored-wordpress-theme/5691055 and check the theme changelog, you will see that on most theme updates we also update Visual Composer. At this moment, the version provided is fully functional and compatible with the latest WordPress version.
In the future please check the theme documentation or the video tutorials on YouTube to see how to update the theme and bundled plugins. Please be aware that if you buy and use a Visual Composer version that is different from the one that is included with the theme (which you seem to be doing now), we can’t ensure that it is compatible.

The theme feature called sample install does not include all the demo pages. Also the menu is structured in a different way, but you can easily change it under Appearance>Menus.

From time to time WooCommerce is updated and every time I update the theme I make sure that those type of warnings are cleared. For now please let me know if you find any bug in the theme (if you don’t see anything please wait until the next update where those warnings will be cleared).
It is safe for you to click on the option to ignore/close that warning message.

Unfortunately I cannot upload the theme zip to my webhost. It just shows me a message, if I want to retry again. No error message. But in the weblog of Safari, it shows an IE Bugfix.

That does not work indeed, because the include_once only check if a specific PHP file was loaded. In you case you are loading a different file from the child theme so it does not work.
As an alternative you can use the ACF plugin.

About updating Visual Composer: you bought the theme and you only have the license for it (not for Visual Composer). So, it is the theme that will eventually provide updates to it. Disregard any update message if it appears again. Please be aware that if you buy and use a version that is different from the one that is included with the theme, we can’t ensure that it is compatible.

Hello, I have purchased Samba theme (code 84687fff-8af8-4b89-b89c-bf9301c4bae9).
I have one doubt:
When composing a portfolio item, I can’t place the elements that I add with the Visual Composer in the place I need. All new elements are added automatically below the portfolio title, but I need to place them below to compose the page as I visually need.
No matter if I move the new element down in the composer, wherever I place it and save changes, it is always added below the title.

That situation does not seem to be related with the theme. Please turn OFF any plugins that are not included with our theme and try again. Try also activating one of the default WordPress Themes to see if that error happens only when this particular theme is active.

It seems that your menu background option is wrong… You have it set up to #FFFFF, but you need to add an extra “F” to make it a valid hexadecimal value.
