Greetings DesignArc. I brought this template a while ago – so my support has run out. My issue is the ‘horizontal’ contact form script is not sending out emails. It reports that emails was sent sucessfully, but no email is sent out. I have a small plugin, that is collecting the submissions from the contact form. I can send emails easily through ordinary contact form7 fine but nothing from this contact form. Could you direct us inthe right area, to help debug the issue. This has happened before and you were able to fix then. Perhaps an update/upgrade of the template or some plugin has over written the fix. I am trying to get the owner to renew his support for the template.
I do realise the support has ran out. We are really stuck with this issue on a live website.

Hi,
As you might be aware, whole mechanism of sending email etc is managed by the Plugin CF7, theme does nothing here. So if you see message sent message but its not being delivered, I suggest contacting host and checking email logs to see why emails are stuck.

I saw that you sent an email to me(but same message you sent 5 times here), if you had included the wp-admin access I can see why there was an AJAX error. There can be many reasons for the error like your server settings etc. and it works for 500 plus buyers before you.

Hi guys, great looking theme, one issue though – not sure if I’m missing something in the settings, but can’t find anything in the documentation to solve this. Pricing tables look great when there are four of them, but when there are two or three columns only, is there a way to center them within their row? They look very odd aligned to the left. Please do not edit core files otherwise your changes will be gone when you update. If child theme is not working for you, you can try to put styles in Themeoptions/Customcss

Its up to you to update or not, but things do update with time like the PHP version or the WordPress version. So I have to update the theme also to make it keep running smoothly. Do not worry your any change will not affect with update unless you modified any main file of theme. (however its up to you to choose to update or not at all)

yes, that is the email I sent them to. It is strange that you no longer get my emails. Anyways, since there is an issue with email communication I will document all the issues here.
1. Firs of all, Revolution Slider is still outdated, even updating the theme to the new version the plugin is still not updated. Can you please update the plugin?
2. And this one is an issue after the new update: As soon as I updated my headers started not showing up properly. See attached image here http://imgur.com/a/nLCSi as you can see the header is under the navigation and its cutting off. You can even see it here http://www.rootersontime.com/about/ all the pages are like this. Also, the logo looks a bit blurry after the update. I have cleared the cache plugins and browser history and catch but that still did not work.
3. Also there are more SEO issues. Please see the attached screenshot, google is adding a broken 404 error to the blog’s share “linkedin” option. Also, when you click on share in instagram icon, it also opens the linkedin page. I think this is where the error is coming from.
Also, it does not make sense to share a page on instagram because you just can’t do that
Can you please check the share social media options in the blog and fix the errors please.

I did sort your last 2 issues and emailed you , may be you did not see my email. Regarding revslider, please update it manually this time, please email me and I will share the latest version. Next time you will be able to update it from dashboard.
The last 2 issues are fixed already. Please update to latest 2.43 version.
The logo looks fine to me and I did no changes regarding logo in recent updates, but after updating theme to latest ver you still see logo issue, I will look deeper.

When using Structured data the theme gives on issue.
There is an error in the Author section of hentry.
Here is what yoast recommends for theme developers to fix. https://kb.yoast.com/kb/fixing-hcard-author-error/I am using these plugins.
Yoast SEO and for structured data I am using WP SEO Structured Data Schema by kcseopro.
I am also using these same plugins on different themes and they work just fine!

There is a “soft 404” error on the site’s internal search engine. The query. I have had this same issue with a different theme and what I did was, I added a code in the search.php file and it fixed the issue. Here is the code I used. http://imgur.com/a/PL0ZT I have not tested this on your theme, it might be a bit different. It would be great if you could fix this so everyone who are using your theme would be safe on the soft 404 error.

This is not a regular 404. It is a soft 404 error which is super bad for SEO. Basically the header returns 200 OK for something that does not exist. And for search engines its very bad.

The author name is not fixed yet, I do not know how you fixed it when we have not received any theme updates yet.
Also, previously I have notified you an issue with the featured images on blog, you said they will be fixed and it has been a long time since then and it is still not fixed. Can you please fix that? Featured images should not be clickable! When you post a featured image on blog, if you click on it it opens a Lightbox. This is not how featured images meant to work. Thanks.

I have just updated the theme and added an option in Themeoptions/general to disable the image link of blog images.
I am not sure why you did not get the update email as themeforest controls that but I did update the theme and fixed author name you can see on demo site http://plumberwp.wpengine.com/default/2016/02/01/a-paradisematic-country/
