I’m pretty frustrated with this theme so far. None of the “Home” pages look like the demo after importing dummy content. I have also filed two tickets with your support forum and have yet received a reply or a ticket number. How can I check on a ticket without a number? I’ve checked my spam folder and nothing has come through. I realize I took a chance with a new theme, but this is frustrating. Please help me in making it look like what you advertised. I’m not trying to be rude or mean, but support your buying customers.
