Hello, I have an pre purchase question: I’ve ralised that you use the WP Plugin Booked for appointments (https://codecanyon.net/item/booked-appointments-appointment-booking-for-wordpress/9466968?s_rank=4). You don’t mention this plugin in the features list of the theme. Is this plugin included in the latest version? Or do I have to puchase this extra?

Hi – I purchased this theme in Jan 2017. I am unable to save any changes made in Visual Composer, and have tried many ways to address the issue, all of them unsuccessful. As my support has expired, I cannot open a ticket through your system.

This theme doesn’t perform very well without Visual Composer, even though it’s not listed as a “required” plugin.

I am unable to use this theme satisfactorily without being able to edit in Visual Composer. I see there is an updated version of Composer available, will you be releasing it soon with the theme? I wonder if that might fix my problem.

Hello, I have an active and open support ticket for this theme and was waiting for a resolution, today when I try to access the support ticket I get this error message:

Service Unavailable

PHP did not respond properly to the request. As a result, Apache considers the PHP-FPM service to be unavailable.

Is there a fix for the Font & Colors issue?

I have tried to make color changes to the original scheme and I tried to create a new scheme and it does not work. The color changes are not applied.

i recently updated to the new version of the above theme,

on completion it seemed too reset my whole colour scheme.

i changed the color in “original” settings to the color i wanted. It still didn’t change.

I had to custom css EVERY line that involved h4 to ensure i got the color working.

On previous version i just had to change one line of “accent” color in theme settings and that was it done. Why has this changed?

After theme update you just need to save Fonts & Colors changes again so it generates new css file and all color changes will be applied again.

Hello, when i upload the zip folder from import theme WP it doesnt charge and when I upload unzip folder by FTP and activate the theme I get this bug: **Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 92 bytes) in /home/ercinsuf/public_html/wp-content/themes/lifecoach/fw/core/core.options/core.options.php on line 125

This error means that you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase memory limit on your server.

Minimal value is 128 and suggested is 256M.
