Best theme on TF. It’s great! One question – On single portfolio page – when i click on category item name, or on tags – i have page with listed matched items – some of options of this page i found in theme options sections. But where i can set heder options etc? I have menu with Your default logo and can not change it. Cant find it.

As for your question, the pages you are referring to are the archive pages, and you may set the header style for archive pages under theme options > general options > layout settings > archive pages header section and select the desired header from the drop-down list.
As for the logo, please, submit a ticket in our support center so we’ll be able to check the header style you are using on your site and provide you with proper instructions.

The only issue i have is problem with demo import. But this is only on polish home.pl hosting server. Import btns doesnt work – no info about problems. Run it on local copy, import what i want – then move it online. This is fix for me now.

OK, Thank You. I know that it server related issue. What i could inreased i have done in php.ini. But it stil doesn’t work. So maybe next time, at the future project i will submit ticket.
Frequently, the settings set in php.ini file or user.ini file may not influence the real server configurations, they just overwrite the numbers.
Anyway, glad to know that now the issue is solved.

hi i found the app.css file is 2.3MB in files size and it really affect the performance of the site, anything can improve this?

The user roles are supported in WordPress by default what means that you can set the role for a single user after registration and the site admin can change that rule. There also are some plugins that allow to extend this functionality. We some times use the User roles plugin that allows to define the list of elements available for a single user. The password protected posts/pages are also supported by our theme.

Got another small question before I buy: I saw that Native comes with a Visual Composer license, so I won’t have to buy Visual Composer separately and that’s great. My question: I will install native in a multisites wordpress network and I will have 3 or 4 demos installed, each in it’s own subdomain like follows:
1. Main demo – sub1.domain.com
2. Corporate agency – sub2.domain.com
3. App promo – sub3.domain.com
4. Car service – sub4.domain.com
Will I be able to use visual composer across all of my installs?
Also, in my multisites network I will install another theme from themeforest that dose not come with Visual Composer but it’s compatible. Will I be able to use Visual Composer to edit that theme also? In other words, can I install Visual Composer plugin as “Network activate”???

As for you question, as far as we know, it’s not a problem to use our theme on multisite network and to have it up and running on several subdomains but we are not sure about usage of Visual Composer for the theme that doesn’t come with it. It will be better for you to get in touch with the Envato support about that as far as simply have no such information, sorry.

As for the custom CSS/JS, no extra plugins needed, we implemented this feature from the theme options, please check this article for more info. As for the multisite style changes, they will be applied for the subdomain where those changes were made but not for all subdomains.
As for the sale, we are not pretty sure about the period but it will still be available for a couple of days I guess.

Thank you for your reply! I’m ready to purchase. Just some small questions if I may… Documentation is covering all aspects of installing and importing demo data? Also, I would like to install a plugin “Slick Menu” don’t know if you tested it. It’s available on codecanyon. Is your theme compatible with it? I still think that the mobile menu of Native is confusing visitors and the small arrow or the small 3 dots that visitors have to tap in order to see the submenus are not good enough.
As for the multisites setup. Do I have to install the theme for each subdomain or I will install it just once from Super Admin and then import the sample data that I need for each subdomain?

I have one more question. I tried to find the answer on wordpress codex and other source of documentation regarding wordpress but haven’t got much luck.
In my scenario where I have multisites and some of them using Native with different variations of front-end design and layout… what happens when I will want to update Native? Do I have to update each website from the network? Like I had individual websites? Or I will update only once using the Super Admin account?
Also, in case of updating, I suppose I’ll have to make backups of sql to restore my settings.
Beside documentation for install, do you also provide docs for customizations and also updating?
All this multisites setup is confusing for someone like me with not-so-much-experience with wordpress and I appreciate your time and effort to answer my questions.
Also, are you available to assist me in the process of installing and setting everything on a live VPS?
Is useless to say that Naive, in my own opinion, is one of the best themes for it’s purpose. It should be ranked higher on themeforest. Also, I recommended your product to some friends who already bought the theme.

We have just also checked our theme with several antiviruses and the only one gave us report about the virus, Trojan, just like yours. We checked the file which was detected by the antivirus as infected and found out that it is a ReduxCore/inc/fields/editor/field_editor.min.js which is a part of a Redux Framework plugin that was enqueued as a part of dfd-extensions plugin and it is not a virus for sure, it is a script that initializes the TinyMCE editor in Theme options. We didn’t use that field in our Theme options, so if you are worrying about that report you can simply go to your plugins via ftp and delete that folder at all or you can submit a ticket here and we’ll do that for you but there is no need to do that as far as the report actually is an antivirus mistake.

1) Native setup script fails on a 1024mb RAM shared hosting 2) your own submit support ticket form is broken: it will only allow submit when WP password/username details are filled in – even though checkbox is off! 3) your own pages have twitter/fb/ social icons but lead to nowhere! Not very convincing. 4) I tried to submit using Chrome instead of FF, and the support reg code was denied with no indication why (presumably because used before)
I did manage to leave a support ticket after I figured the checkbox on the submit form didn’t work and just filled in some dummy stuff.

Liking what I am seeing so far. One thing is perplexing me and I am probably just missing something. I would like for the header image to sit under the navigation bar. As it is now the navigation bar covers the top part of my header image. Basically I want the top of my header image to touch the bottom of the navigation area and not actually be laid underneath it.
A suggestion as well. All of your Header Style Options are really navigation style options. It is confusing when you use the word header for both navigation and the actual header.
