Hi guys, just as a reminder of some small outstanding issues I’ve ‘reported’ before:
- select fields in firefox (probably other browsers as well) still have no arrow down graphic as it’s still being hidden in flatsome.css (makes it a pain to remember to edit theme stylesheet with each theme update)
- in theme options related to pages, setting page template globally still seems to have no effect at all, so guess you should either fix it finally or remove it

Hi, great theme! This is a pre-purchase question. Is it possible to remove that vertical ^ arrow that appears on the top of any dropdown menu? I want the top of the dropdown menu to be flat.

Hello, After updating to WC 3.0.3, and Flatsome 3.3.4, WP asked for me to perform a WC database update after doing so, most native theme links no longer work. Such as “quick-view”, the menu icon no longer shows the nav menu (i’m using the overlay menu), and the logo no longer redirects to the home page. Only the top menu, footer menu, and button links work. Any quick fix for this?

Hello! I have just updated to WooCommerce Version 3.0.4.
I am now getting the “Your theme (Flatsome Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.” error.
I am running Flatsome 3.2.5. Is this the latest one? If not how do I update to latest?

Its ok, sorted it The ‘Update’ link wasn’t showing on Appearance > Themes, but it did after a few minutes. All done, error gone.

Print Friendly. Hi there, love the theme, but is there anything you or we can do to make the product pages printer friendly? 4 pages per product page which is printed. Many browsers of websites, especially in B2B print product pages.
The layout is really bad and the image doesn’t show in correct ratio/perspective.

Why in Flatsome 3, in tablet portrait orientation is like mobile phone ?? Is awful ! It should stay like in lanscape mode !!! I can not update to 3.0 because of that.. Picture of product take all the screen surface of the Ipad !!! :((((
Hi there, most customers prefer it that way. We can create an option for this in the future, but it’s much better to show the product image in full width instead of shrinking to fit a text and add to cart options on the side of it. There is simply not space for both of them in iPad portrait mode.
Yes it would be much appreciate to have this option ! Like in Flatsome 2.0 its perfect.. with big picture, you have to scroll to see Description of the product ;(

Hi, please check urbanplatter.in – I am facing two issues which I am unable to fix and are mostly theme issue. 1st is the header in which Mail icon has class=”icon”> text showing up. I tried disabling all plugins but it does not go. And second is a duplicate header appears on cart page when items are in cart. This is very weird. Please help me fix this.

No, I am not overriding anything. I am using all default options available and customiser to edit my theme.
The issues don’t exist when I try to do it in fresh installation. But then resetting it all makes it harder for me to replicate it again. When I try to use a backup of my options and import it on new child theme, it goes back to looking like this. This mostly seems like Theme issue.

You will need to edit your logo to have a dark version. You can then upload an alternative light logo that will be used on Dark and Transparent Header templates

Hello, on my single product pages, on the top of the “Related products” there is another style of related products called “Related text”!!!! it’s not nice and I dont want it there. How can I remove it? Many thanks in advance

I did try it, also tried this: #jp-relatedposts{display: none !important;}, but nothing changed, the CSS doesnt change anything in my site! It is something about “Product long description” because when I leave it empty that disapearing, as soon as I write something the “Product long description” it come back again.
””Solved”” it’s all about jetpack plugin. I past: div#jp-relatedposts{display: none !important;} in Flatsome>Advanced>Custom CSS and it fiexd.
