I am update theme v.3.6 by follow doc.,
Step 3 – Then simply drag and drop the new “porto” theme folder into “wp-content > themes” location. Choose to “Replace” the current one if you did not delete it.

I think you are using the old version of PHP. The latest Woocommerce plugin minimum requirement of the PHP version is 5.6.

Good theme, unfortunately the new update doesn’t include the new WPBakery Visual composer update? Which is making the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer break, which is stopping my product variations from loading within a product page.

Yes, we have added the latest Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for VC plugin in our latest theme.
You can solve this issue from Ultimate >> Modules >> Turn off the Woocomposer Module and then save it. Then check your variations it will work fine.

I just wanted a bit of advice, i don’t reckon it would be beneficial for me to purchase 6 more months of support. Especially when everybody who purchases the theme is at your mercy, you can break the theme whenever you like, and ask everybody to purchase support before you help them fix it. I’ve never really understood it. Can’t people just help folk without wanting them to get their wallet out. Regardless, thanks for the fix! Much appreciated.

I have updated the theme to 3.6.0 and I still have an issue with the wishlist.

Our customers are not tech savy and they won’t understand what the wishlist icon mean unless it is written next to it “Add to Wishlist” – I have been running Porto for almost 2 years and I’m used to the way it was setup. We appreciate your theme updates but it shouldn’t be updates to the design structure that it was integral part of the theme for years – are we being exposed to a new theme?

Dear sir , I am trying to use a logo that is 500 pixels x 50 pixels with header 13 , and I am unable to use the logo at full size. The logo is automatically resized down to 178 pixels wide
I have tried the settings under PORTO Options/Logo & Favicon using pixels , but neither will change the size.
Please let me know what troubleshooting steps I should take.

Is there a way to add a shipping cost under the product price on product page?

Please go to wp-content/languages/plugin folder and add the woocommerce-de_DE.po and .mo files. You can translate the woocommerce.pot file find in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/li8n folder.
