First of all, if you get the theme for Elements, in order to open a support ticket on our platfrom, you also need to purchase the theme from Envato Market (ThemeForest). This way you will get a purchase code (required on our ticketing platform).

If demo importer takes longer to complete most probably you hosting does not have sufficient resources.

The theme is not RTL ready, but it comes with .POT translation file.

Also, it says is compatible with Contact Form 7. but it has no themes for the Contact Form 7… so, it looks very bad.

So, as I can see, you can use the MT Contact, a contact form that you cant edit, or use Contact Form 7, a contact form that won´t look good.Is really really frustrating.

As I can see in their forums, to edit the contact form you have to edit the source code. This is from a year ago. Can´t understand why they don´t make it possible from the control panel. As a suggestion… this is something that should be done months ago, or at least apply some design to the Contact Form 7 plugin.

I can´t rate this theme, but, I wouldn´t suggest anyone to purchase it.
