1. For currency switcher, please go to the widget used in the header you choose then you can configure it. 2. To add items to Countdown slider, when creating product, please click on Schedule then set time for it.

If you check and see the blank page remains, please send us screenshot then we will recheck it. If there is any bug in HiTheme, we will update to fix it.

Mega menu feature is not working on mobile devices for this theme and is also still full of bugs on desktop version. Avoid it for now, is not ready yet for a production site (unless you are a php/javascript programmer and don’t mind doing yourself the required testing/debugging).

Following are our reply for the bug you sent.

1. WooCommerce categories menu: Currently, as in the theme feature that time, there is button to appear more categories at the end of the menu. However, you want all categories are shown on your site then we fixed for you. This is not a feature of Hitheme as first. But now, as your request, we improved this in current version.

2. To switch template from full page to boxed layout, it need configuring in the Appearance > Theme Options > Layout as the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/fdahlo

3. For the Image in the megamenu, actually it depends to the configuration of each host and in the Permalinks. To prevent this bug, you can add ”/” at the beginning of the image link like: ”/wp-content/images/upload.jpg”

4. About the megamenu, we update mobile layout 1 for Hitheme and there is mobile menu for this one. It’s released now.

5. About the Vertical Megamenu: At first, this is not feature of Hitheme, however, we developed it in the current version.

We think that we will not be happy with your then decided to refund for you. Hope that you will be happy with your next choice.

My Problem is: Theme Options NOT WORKING Colours NOT working I have set the colours in the “THEME OPTIONS” I have selected Colour Scheme “No Select” in Page Metabox STILL the colours will not change   Logo Image I have Uploaded a logo size 866 X 582. The logo though is VERY SMALL on the theme so the theme is resizing it small for no reason?

Hi! Have some question about theme customization:

1) «Customize» & «Cpanel» checkboxes in the Theme Options Area – what does it for? What action they do?

2) If at homepage I choose header «Home Style2» – «WELLCOME TO OUR STORE» area position is UNDER the slider (z-position), if choose «Home style3» – beneath the slider. Any additional settings with VC doesn’t help. How to fix this?

3) Almost the same problem with NEWS section: at demo version of Home Page 1 they cover row with «Our strengths» icons, but in my case it’s not. How to fix this?

3) If at any other pages I choose «Home Style3» – background of MENU AREA is getting Black. Is it possible to change? It can be header image image? (and actually it would be great if header image (bg-breadcrumb) can be changed from admin panel)

4) Main sections headers (NEW ARRIVALS, BEST SELLERS) looking great, but how top make my own Header with the same properties (same CSS values)?

When we use your template, on our products page all our text is showing without any line spaces. We need to have blank line spaces added to our text. Is there a code to fix this issue? The text should be as below with spaces:

Hi, regarding the backend, adding products etc, how does it work with this theme? I had a prestashop theme a while back and the backend allowed me to create categories, sub categories etc, I also had a good search function on the homepage which allowed users to find their product using for example, Make, Model, Product. Will this be possible using this theme? basically i want to create an Ink Cartrisges Website, so there will be a lo of products to add and therefore it needs to be possible for users to do the above so they find their product really easily.
