I notice that the whole text of the theme is hyphenated. Is there are a possibility to switch it off?
Hi, if I add the price table widget their is already a setup list e.g. “Small Team, Corporate, Enterprise etc”. Where can I edit that? I couldn’t fid that anywhere to adjust.
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out.
Some but not all users do experience this. This is something that can be switched off using CSS. The following CSS will remove it:- { hyphens: none; }
As for the pricing table. If you have the WC Paid Listings plugin, this is edited through the back-end by editing your packages. If you are not using the plugin, you can edit the widget directly.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi Fernando,
How do you upload the logo on the header and publish it without affecting the picture quality? At the moment my logo is not sharp.
Also can you please advise how to find the install the upload button using ninja forms. It does not seem to be available on the jobify classic theme.
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well.
In our demos, we use SVG images to make sure they are clear and have the best image quality. Have a look at this article here.
You need to make sure that you have entered an application email for your job posts. This is entered in the “Application Email” field. Once filled it will be displayed.
If you need answers to questions regarding Jobify, please contact support!

Is this theme compatible with Slider Revolution?
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well and thanks for your question today!
You can use any slider plugin with Jobify. This includes the Slider Revolution plugin.
Hope this answers your question!

Hi – I’m a web developer and my client installed the WP Job Manager plugin and it’s not working as expected as in this video for ninja forms at https://vimeo.com/89439524. The jobs posted are showing up in submissions. But they are not displayed under ‘Job Listings’. She has the hidden field stuff set up.
I noticed that it has not been updated in 7 months and is not tested with latest WordPress version. Is this plugin discontinued?
Hello there,
If you follow the suggestions of the video, and our Setting up forms article, everything will be setup correctly. There should not be any issue.
The Job posts on their own are displayed under “Job Listings” and all Job applications submitted from the job page will be viewed under “Forms>All Submissions”
If you need further assistance, we will be happy to assist through our support channel.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi there,
I just bought your theme after much consideration and I think I have a good idea of which plugins I need in order to achieve the setup I want, however, there is one thing I’m confused over, and this is how best to go about the type of resume search I want for my site…
I need a resume search which is restricted only to paying employers, and can either by bought for use for a set amount of time (24 hours access, 7 days access, 1 month access etc) or as part of an ongoing monthly subscription.
I don’t know which would be the best way to do this – do I need a combination of WP Resume Manager, Restrict Content Pro, and WC Subscriptions, or can it be done another way?
Thanks!
Oh and another quick question – I’m typing the above question here as I can’t seem to use your ticket system. It says I don’t have any active licenses or subscriptions, but I of course do

Where do candidates upload their CVs / resumes?
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today!
You can edit the default Application form and create an upload field in order to enable the ability for users to upload a CVs/ Resume. The field is not on the demo application form but it can definitely be added.
Hope this helps!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Presale question pls, sorry, I’m little experienced in WP Job Manager
i have read “You can customize the resume submission fields using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin, and you can use Gravity Forms with Jobify we have added support for the plugin.” from somewhere
my question is :
1.) what Gravity Forms is for? when using with this theme, I mean if I want to customize fields for collecting data in form of Resume from candidates ( why you suggest WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin? )
2.) I need candidates able to complete the form later if they left before completion can WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin handle this?, or do I need Gravity Forms?
3.) when to use Gravity Forms instead of WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin?
4.) when to use WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin instead of Gravity Forms?
5.) assume I can buy both, but the fact do I need both?, or one can be substituted
6.) If I use both, how they work together without conflict what function each of both is suitable for?
Thank you in advance
Hello there!
Thanks for your questions today!
Question: 1.) what Gravity Forms is for? when using with this theme, I mean if I want to customize fields for collecting data in form of Resume from candidates ( why you suggest WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin? )
Answer: Gravity Forms would be primarily used for the application form or Candidate Contact form. Allowing you to create custom forms when a users apply for a job or want to contact a Candidate.
WP Job Manager is responsible for the Job submission form and the Resume Manager plugin is what creates the Resume form, not Gravity forms. This is why we recommend the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.
Question: 2.) I need candidates able to complete the form later if they left before completion can WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin handle this?, or do I need Gravity Forms?
Answer: They will need to submit the form again as WP Job Manager or the Resume Manager plugin does not save the users fields next time they open up the browser again.
Question: 3.) when to use Gravity Forms instead of WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin?
Answer: When creating the Job Application form or Candidate Contact form.
Question: 4.) when to use WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin instead of Gravity Forms?
Answer: As mentioned, to edit either submission form only the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin can be used.
5.) To edit the forms you will need the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin unless you use code to edit the forms.
An alternative for the Application/Contact forms would be Ninja forms.
Question: 6.) If I use both, how they work together without conflict what function each of both is suitable for?
Answer: You can use both for their corresponding feature without any conflict.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Fernando
@Fernando, Thank you very much for your reply.

How do you change the order of products displayed on pricing page? I’m using WC Paid Listings and have 3 pricing plans setup under Products. When I add 4th plan/product as a special promo, I’d like to have it to be the first one listed, not last. I can’t find any documentation anywhere on this. Thanks
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today!
If you go view all your Products on the back-end there actually is a sort feature available when you are viewing all your products list. Using this feature will help you sort the order of your products and packages.

Good morning, I wish to replace the top image on the home page of this website with a small video on a loop, how would I go about doing this?
Thank you, Adam
http://greydientjobs.co.uk/Hello Adam,
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay.
At this time, there is no feature available for adding a video background to theSearch Hero widget. I can suggest possibly adding a Slider for your header, through another widget but unfortunately, this is not possible at this time.
If you have additional question let us know through support channel.
Cheers! Fernando
Hi Fernando, so just to confirm that your suggestion isn’t possible either? I’m struggling to make sense of the comment.
It can be possible but would require custom modifications. As it is not a built-in feature.
Is there a way to have the Google Maps autocomplete on the homepage location search?
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well.
Out of the box, there is no feature available to have the homepage location search autocomplete. You can enable “Regions” to have predefined regions withing the Dropdown field.
Kind regards,
Fernando
I would like to ask if the entire template can be translated in Cyrillic?
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well.
Jobify can definitely be translated. Please read here.
Kind regards,
Fernando
Fernando, i notice the copyright section is always in UPPERCASE, can this be changed? Thanks
Hello,
Yes, this can be edited using some custom CSS by editing the .site-info class. You will need to use the text-transform CSS property to change it.
Cheers! Fernando
Thanks Fernando, you do this theme proud! What about the precise location of the logo in the header, i want it move some pixels to the left, where can i edit that? Thanks again!
For adjusting the Header logo you will need to use CSS also to adjust the positioning of it. That would be the best way to edit it without going into the theme files.
Cheers! Fernando
Hi,
It’s been almost 3 years now since we try to build a site using the Jobify theme. Until now we are still far from finishing the site as there are a lot of issues we experience with the theme and the bundled plugins with it. We’ve raised a lot of tickets to the support forum and we did not get enough help.
Now that there is a new version of the theme we’ve tried to update our theme version and looks pretty cool but there is still couple of things we need to resolve. One of it is that the ‘Expired Listings’ should be hidden but in our case it is not. This is a very old issue we are experiencing, and as reference we’ve raised the same topic to support forum with the TICKET #175342603 dated around February 2016.
And up to this moment the issue is still not solved even with the latest update. Unfortunately I cannot raise another ticket anymore as you require us to renew our support access which is odd. But because we are really desperate and believe that your theme is what we need for our site we are still hoping that you will help us.
We are looking forward to your positive feedback. We really need your help.
Thanks,
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out!
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Would you be able to make sure you have enabled the “Expired Listings” setting under the Job Listings > Settings > Job Listings tab.
This should hide all job listings that are expired on your website.
I would also recommend updating the theme as we have brought a lot of improvements to the theme. This will also help if you are still experiencing the same issue.
Hope this helps!
Cheers! Fernando
Hi,
Yes of course, we are pretty sure it is enabled. And that is why I am sending you a ticket because it is not working.
And yes, I just installed the latest version of the theme.
So please please please. Do a fix.
Hi again,
Can you email me directly here: fernando[at]astoundify[dot]com
I hope to hear from you
Kind regards,
Fernando
We’ve sent you an email. Please check. Thanks!
Hi, I am not sure if I was able to sent you an email before as I can’t see it in my end. So I did another one, please if you can verify you got an email with the subject ‘Jobify Theme Long Time Issue’. It is from our developer.
Thanks,
Just to confirm I got it and have begun looking over this.
Once I find something I will let you know!
Cheers! Fernando
hey there, just bought the theme, it looks awesome!
I just wanted to check a couple things regarding theme’s signup / registration / login form (woocommerce simple registration manages all I believe?):
1 – Is there a way to include Google Recaptcha to the Signup / Registration form?
2 – is there another (tested better) Registration / Login plugin that I could use that keeps the separate “I’m a candidate” / “I’m an employer” options, as well as the pop up modal of your theme, but with options and capabilities of such plugin?
The bottom line is that I would like to have a more secure Register form (captcha), whilst keeping the theme’s modal popup and candidate / employer filter, and if need be in a future to create paid memberships etc.. not having to purchase separate plugins for the first and the latter functions.
I hope I made myself clear, I’m not too much of a techy
Thanks a lot and have a great one!
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for your questions.
Question: 1 – Is there a way to include Google Recaptcha to the Signup / Registration form?
Answer: You would need to get a 3rd-party plugin to enable Google Recaptcha on the Signup and Registration form. See this one for example.
Question: 2 – is there another (tested better) Registration / Login plugin that I could use that keeps the separate “I’m a candidate” / “I’m an employer” options, as well as the pop up modal of your theme, but with options and capabilities of such plugin?
Answer: At this time, not that we are aware of. We only recommend using the default features provided by jobify in order to keep this feature in particular.
Regarding the Modal popup and using Recaptcha, I would ask the plugin developer about this feature.
As for paid membership, you will need to Create listing packages.
Should you have any further questions let me know and I will be happy to assist through our support channel.
Cheers! Fernando
Hey Fernando,
Thanks for your reply, very helpful… It’s such a shame that you (and in fact almost any theme) does not offer the option for a candidate profile to showcase an image portfolio. Quite surprising in fact as there are soooo many professionals that depend on their portfolio…
Just to name a few:
- web designers / developpers (like you guys! C’mon!) - Photographers - Illustrators - Wedding Planners - Decorators - Other Artists and Artisans of so many kinds - Stylists / make up artists / hair stylists etc.. - etc etc etc etc…
I know this is something WPJM neither adresses, and I’ve talk with WPJM extension devs that are looking to add this (crucial!) feature, but it’s quite surprising.
Cheers!
Hi Fernando,
Just a few more questions in regards to Jobify Classic:
1. Ninja Forms – are there any file upload features? 2. How do the company view the resumes sent by the applicants? 3. When an applicant “apply for job” does the form go to the private email of the company or the dashboard? 4. Is there any way to change the “list form” for job listing to “thumb nail”
Many thanks
Nisha
Hi Nisha,
Hope you are doing well today!
Question: 1. Ninja Forms – are there any file upload features?
Answer: Yes, it does.
Question: 2. How do the company view the resumes sent by the applicants?
Answer: By default, it is emailed to them. If you use the Application Add-on they can view the applications from the application dashboard.
Question: 3. When an applicant “apply for job” does the form go to the private email of the company or the dashboard?
Answer: By default, it goes to the email the user entered specifically for application on the Job Submission form.
Question:4. Is there any way to change the “list form” for job listing to “thumb nail”
Answer: There is no setting to change this.

The template looks great with demo content. Though when I add featured images the images do not get cropped the same size as demo content. Also the text does not get trucated so featured widget looks a bit messy with real data. Is there something I can do about this?
I reinstalled wordpress and the theme (theme alone did not help). The truncate works ok now but still the images in the features and spotlight only get resized but not cropped like that the images all have same height and width.
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today!
Jobify, unfortunately, does not have cropping capabilities. The theme will only resize the images to fit in the given area. I would suggest using dimensions similar to the images we use, or at least wider images. Since using Tall images will not get resized accordingly.
Cheers! Fernando
Hello I want to make sure that you theme support, the Dashboard for both job seeker and the companies who are looking for the employees. I also want to know is any option for the job seeker to refresh his CV so that his CV should listed first in the CV list, when companies are looking for the employees. And also I want to know like when the job seeker applied for the job where his CV will Go.
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for your question today.
Question: I want to make sure that you theme support, the Dashboard for both job seeker and the companies who are looking for the employees.
Answer: Yes, by default there is a Job Dashboard. You can integrate a Job Seeker Dashboard for users using the Resume Manager plugin.
Question: I also want to know is any option for the job seeker to refresh his CV so that his CV should listed first in the CV list, when companies are looking for the employees.
Answer: Resumes on results are sorted by date. With the newest resumes at the top and older ones at the bottom. Unless a Resume is made featured from purchasing a Listing Package
Question: And also I want to know like when the job seeker applied for the job where his CV will Go.
Answer: By default, the CV gets emailed to the employer. Unless if you integrate the Application Add-on where all applications can be viewed on the application dashboard on your website.
Hope this helps!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Hello, can I use FacetWP for filtering resumes?
Or it is not supported?
Hello again!
Facet WP at this time is not supported by Jobify, unfortunately.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
