Please, make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (1.1.2) version of the theme.
Also, please go to theme options > header builder section> Header builder and set it to Enable.

I have The latest Version of The theme. I buy it Last Night. And I have activate Header Builder in The options. But The new Header I Build there I only can activate in The Sitesettings like Home, About and so on.

The requested pages need to be installed on your site as a separate layout.While installing the content via Demo Importer the theme options and Revolution sliders will be overwritten and you’ll get only the ones from the last installed layout in the end. To avoid that, we’d recommend you to use WordPress importer to install additional layouts/demos. Navigate to Tools > Import > install and activate the WordPress Importer > and select the content.xml file to import the content from \wp-content\themes\dfd_native\inc\demo-data\ 27_pages\folder. More details can be found in this post: http://nativewptheme.net/support/first-steps/demo-content

Great looking theme and fantastic functionalities, but I have few issues.
First of all, as soon as I submitted my site to Google Webmaster Tools, I got a warning about harmful content. After checking my wordpress installation (clean installation with only Native theme installed) WP Auth Checker found 14 malicious files in plugin files. WP Auth Checker sees following plugins as malicious – dfd-extensions, revslider and js_composer. I immediately requested a review from google team and they removed the warning, but I dont want this to happen again. Please advise me what to do about this.
Related to previous question, can I delete revslider for example, as I dont plan to use it at all?
Next question is related to html output – is it necessary to have really huge amount of inline css, loads of css selectors related to woo commerce in js_composer.min.css file eve though I dont use woo commerce at all, google fonts included like href=”http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Montserrat%3A400%2C700%7COpen+Sans%3A300%2C400%2C600%2C700%2C800%2C300italic%2C400italic%2C600italic%2C700italic%2C800italic&subset=latin&ver=1493625986”> etc etc. HTML output looks really ugly to summarize this.

As for malicious files, the theme has been tested and checked by Envato before it was approved, so the theme pack should not contain any of the files.
As for the load of CSS, could you please submit a ticket in our support center and we’ll check it for you.

Dear DFD,
i have an JS error and therefore the moving parts of the website do not function. when i check this i get a string. MYWEBSITE/wp-content/themes/dfd-native/assets/js/plugins.min.js . i noticed there is an href=’#’. some googling showed me it should be href=”#”. It is causing a conflict with one of my plugins because if i deactivate this plugin everyting works fine. The challenge is to get it working together as this specific plugin is the most important asset of my website. Could you pease help me out on this one.

Hi, I have just bought the native theme but I can’t upload on wordpress. When i try to upload the dfd-native.zip on Wordpress, I get back a Wordpress Failure notice telling me “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” Could you please tell me how to solve it? Thanks , Fabio

Gallery module not displaying. I set the page to for page builder and added a gallery but i get a blank page.
However the gallery page template is displaying the galleries? Same with portfolio module.

That’s quiet strange as far as the gallery page works just like the gallery module. The empty page with the agllery module inside can show up in case the empty category is selected in Gallery module settings. Please submit a ticket here and we’ll check it for you.

This issue can be caused by JavaScript error in the admin area which can be triggered by a third-party plugin or if some of the script files was damaged while theme installation. I am evaluating to use Native for a famous Greek singer
He has 40+ music albums of his own & performs in 70+ of events/venues every year. So the idea is
1. For events: 1a. Use standard posts and a specific category (named Events) to create/show them.Your opinion? 1b. Use Events Calendar plugin, but will this be compatible & styled nicely?
2. For music albums: 2a. Use portfolio post type and standard spotify/soundcloud/audio playlist wp shortcodes. Can u assure that these will be working ok? 2b. Can i rename portfolio slag to album?

1. For events:
1a. Yes, it’s possible.
1b. Unfortunately we didn’t test our plugin on compatibility with the Events Calendar plugin and didn’t style it from the theme.
2. For music albums
2a. Sorry, but the portfolio items do not support soundcloud and audio formats at the moment. We’ll check if we’ll be able to add these features shortly.
2b. Yes, there is an option to change the portfolio slug from the Theme options panel, it’s not a problem.

2a. Yes, usage of the shortcodes is not a problem. There isn’t a self hosted audion shortcode at the moment but it will be available in one of the nearest updates, we are working on it at the moment.

My imported demo has no stylesheet… all the text and everything is left aligned with no styling. Also, most demos say ‘This does not appear to be a WXR file…’

Thanks. So this sets up a page before the portfolio page. I don’t plan on having different galleries, just a 15 images (or whatever) to show an example of our work. As is, when I setup the portfolio page it requires me to click on the portfolio to open up the images inside of the portfolio.
You can try the image module in one column and the heading with the text block in another one. There is an option to open the image in the lightbox, it’s not a problem as well. Please submit a ticket here and our support will help you with that.
