Product category is archive page and background image in title will be same as background image you’ve set for main shop page. You could change image with some custom coding, using the class of that category in css selector.

I currently have a shop with 4 columns showing products, no sidebar. However when I click a category it shows a sidebar. How do I remove this? I’ve changed the sidebar option to “no sidebar’ in the shop page, but it’s still showing.

First you should disable sidebar on your shop page like you did. And then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > display and set that page as your main page https://www.screencast.com/t/4nKXckEP

I’ve tried what you said regarding the shop sidebar and it’s still showing the ‘default’ sidebar despite choosing ‘no sidebar’. The sidebar is only showing on the product category pages. The shop base page isn’t showing it. Why is this?
It seems to be the option under Woo commerce in the edge options that says “Product List Columns” the only options are “2 Columns – 2 with sidebar” or 3 Columns – 3 with sidebar) I want 3 columns without sidebar if possible?

Hi, i’m really interested in your theme. Looks real nice and fits perfect for my needs. I have some technical questions for you about the quantity of js scripts loaded every page (based on you theme preview). Is there need to load things like visual composer, or maps or that bunch o jquery plugins on every page? Is there possible to customize to only load the needed plugins for a specific page? Thank you.

There is no option to do that, but if you could disable all things you don’t have plans to use. Also, is you are concerned about page load time, please, note that we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, because we wanted to show all the possible features theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provide individual tips for improvement. The good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage…in order to achieve best possible performance.

Hi Edge-Team, we love your theme but have some questions.
1. For our new shop, it would be nice to have the option to separate the products by different attributes. Is it possible to integrate a sidebar with these options in your design ´6 columns´?
2. Is there an opportunity to integrate a ´lookbook´ – presentation? So like a gallery with different pictures, where we can integrate a link of the product directly into the picture?
3. Is there an option to choose the color of the product by several dots (not words, how it is actually in your theme)? So for example, three different dots (black, white, red) and when I click on one of them I get a t-shirt in the chosen color.

1) As you could see from here http://walker.edge-themes.com/shop-with-right-sidebar/ you could enable sidebar on shop page and there you could add links to desired pages. On each you could show different products.
2) We have a lot of shop pages integrated http://walker.edge-themes.com/parallax-presentation/ http://walker.edge-themes.com/gallery-shop-list/ http://walker.edge-themes.com/animated-shop-list-wide/ but there is no catalog page. Anyhow it could be easily achieved, if you use some of our shop pages and with minor custom css code hide prices.3) It is not default option in WooCommerce, but we could recommend to try with some plugin for this purpose, such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-variations-radio-buttons/

Yes, we will release new theme update where we will include compatibility for WooCommerce 3.0 version. Since there are major modifications, we cannot provide precise date. We could suggest to download previous 2.6.14 version from here https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ and to manually update WooCommerce https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/updating-woocommerce/ in the meanwhile.

- There is no footer in desktop/mobile version. Would this be a feature that is missing?

2) When you open one sidemenu, others are closing which insures there is no need for scrolling since at the moment it will be just one submenu opened.
