I have purchased the UNO psd theme, but it appears some of the PSD’s are missing for example the two different footer examples. I have contacted the PSD developer many days ago now, but it would appear he is no longer supporting this? Would you be able to help?

Due to the partnership agreement with the design partner. We aren’t allowed to attach a PSD file to the Uno HTML Template package

I have purchased this theme, and I am trying to install this without any success. Can you please help me understand why I am getting this error? I understood that this was for Shopify, so why are there so many error messages?
I also noticed that after i purchased this theme, it says that it does not include customization. Does this mean I can not change anything about it? Because that simply will not work, and if the case I would like to get my money back. I was not aware of this;
