Hi, the website is www.reemove.co.uk. I got different messages, sometimes it’s an error, then it says it’s sent but it’s not and sometimes I get no message at all. For the front page contact it only refreshes to a new page without any message. Thank for the quick reply.

Also it is looks like you removed response messages in your contact-form.php file so after submiting form there is empty message appear. Please reset this messages to default values so we could understand what happens.

I did so and it works now. I tried the contact form from the home page and it does send the email, however it opens a new page for the message that it has been sent and it’s just a blank page. Can I get a similar answer like on the contact form from the contact us page?

Unfortunately our contact-form.php file can’t send emails via SMTP server. It’s only uses PHP mail() function. You can try to use PHPMailer class to send your emails via SMTP:

Nous venons d’acheter votre thème qui semble très bien conçu. Cependant nous avons eu la surprise en installant ce dernier que les images que l’on peut voir dans la version de démo ne sont pas présentes.

I noticed that my logo size looks perfect on mobile and even on desktop when I adjust the size of the window. However, I noticed that on the regular sized browser (desktop or laptop) my logo is displaying very small. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Well, this is because your logo have very different aspect ratio (wide and narrow in high).
In this case you can change bootstrap columns layout for .page_toplogo section on pages that use this type of logo

Thanks, I noticed that when I replace the 4 – 3 with the 6 – 5 it seems to fix everything. Do I really need to also replace the second line of code from 8-9 to 6-7? Just curious because it seems the first line of code fixed my issue. What exactly does the second line of code edits change? Thanks

Hey hun I almost forgot to ask, am I able to use the visual page builder in a browser or how exactly does that work? Also I dont particularly like to use mail chip services. Is the contact form able to use php to process or can i not use the form without mailchip?

Its main purpose is creating new pages with predefined building blocks. Detailed information about page builder you can find in documentation we provide with this theme.
MailChimp widget and Contact form in this template a two separate peace of code that are not depends from each other. MailChimp widget is used for subscribe form , and contact form sends an email to site administrator.

My customer likes your template design, so purchased it to build his company website. I purchased BOTH the WordPress and Visual Builder versions of your MoveCo theme, and both versions have SERIOUS problems! I cannot completely follow the instructions on the documentation page for the WordPress theme because it says do as pictured, but the necessary images are missing!
I cannot properly use the Visual Builder version because when I try to export, the zip file is completely empty! I have built many HTML5 pages with the Visual Builder feature and have never had this type of problem before. I am very disappointed because I spent my money on 2 different versions of the same template and neither one is working as described.

WordPress version of MoveCo template is made by our partners, so you need to contact them for support.
But as We know, Envato terms does not allow to include images in download package.
In HTML version to download the pages that you have been created before you need to click on “get ZIP” to download the whole package with images and pages:

Please do not be confused with “Export Project” and “Import Project”. This functionality only creates and imports a JSON file in ZIP format with all of you saved pages and sections to use it later.

No your response is not correct. I am not writing about images in the “download package”. The images are missing from the INSTRUCTIONS on how to use the theme product. The INSTRUCTIONS do not have all images, so I cannot follow the instructions.
Secondly, I am not confused with “Export Project” and “Import Project”. I am telling you that the EXPORT is NOT functioning. The EXPORT zip file is empty!!!! There are no pages to work with and complete my client’s work.
Get ZIP is not working either! The only option that works is import, and I do not want to import.

About your issue “Get ZIP is not working”.
We need more info about this problem to resolve it.
Please clarfiy, did you upload your template on PHP server or working locally by opening “_builder.html” HTML file in your browser?
If you are working on a web server with PHP, what messages do you get when you’re clicking on “Get ZIP” ?
Also could you please open your builder in Chrome browser, open your DevTools and switch to Console tab and check it for error messages?

I installed Builder on Linux host with CPanel, and I did FTP installation of Builder folder and its components. I created a page on url ending with “_builder.html.” After I design the page and click Get Zip, I receive a 403 forbidden error: “You don’t have permission to access /builder/ on this server.”

First of all, please check DevTools console for possible errors:
Open your page in Chrome browser, open DevTools and switch to console tab.
Also according to plugin that we used in this template, you need to pass a string in search query as a tag.
If you need to show a user feed, you need to change ‘getRecentTagged’ to ‘getUserFeed’ in your “js/main.js” file:

In code above we put section with class “page_toplogo” inside header element with class “page_header”. Script are looking DOM element with class “page_header” and make it fixed with all of contents inside it.
